If Monsanto is releasing genetic material into the wild; how are they prosecuting the victims (farmers)?
Why aren't the federal employees being prosecuted for violating their oath of office?
My understanding is wind drift contaminates neighboring field. Monsanto prosecutes owner of neighboring fields.
