They targeted a car. It was a car with no markings different than any other car, except perhaps the lic plate.

That last video the Native American needs to wake up to truth. All races have abilities and learn from one another. The various tribes in North America battled between each other for many centuries to take lands from each other. As Europeans came they added to the mix of warfare and taking of land. Same with Asians coming in from the Pacific.
My Grandfather was half-Native American and Italian and born in the late 1890s. He was banned from the reservation, but created a life for himself in Arizona. Married my Grandmother, who was Italian. They had 5 children.
