I argue that serial numbers on ballots is even more important than voter ID.
If each ballot has a unique serial number that can be counted only once, that would greatly reduce the industrial scale fraud such as boxes of fake ballots, or running the same ballots through the machines multiple times.
I would like to think the coons were only given probation so it would be easier for the girls father to castrate them. If it was my daughter these animals would be in season.
In some states they do. That was how some of the voter fraud was detected. Over 1000 ballots were received sorted by serial number. Statistically impossible.
