I wouldn't make the leap that less cash on hand means higher spending.
Knowing how depraved and shady Biden is, I would first look at how he is dispersing that cash. That is, to who is he giving custody of that cash and for what reason?
This in the same way that a spouse moves assets before an impending divorce. Or, a company hiding assets before a bankruptcy.
Or, he's been the bobblehead darling of the left for decades. Now fallen out of favor, are fellow traveler 'creditors' calling in their marks?
