About ten years ago I was on a cross country flight when I saw another plane fly underneath us. Th plane was so close to us that I could see the heads of the people inside the windows as it closed on us. I didn't have to be a pilot to know THAT WASN'T RIGHT! ...Nothing was ever said about it...
