The 3rd video show what I did not see the hurricane cause in the storm for the Appalachian areas. I live in the low country of SC and did not see the hurricane winds move up through SC/NC into the mountain areas, I know these areas well.
I had more of hard time trying to understand her point and what she was getting at. She bounced from one topic to another so fast and so often that I kept wanting to say, "wait, and what does that mean? What are you saying?" Cloud seeding? I thought they gave up on that in the 1960s. Not really effective.
