The company I worked for the last full year before I retired had such videos. There were about 8 hours of vids covering security and diversity topics; there were in video quizzes that could only be answered if you had actually paid attention during the videos.
After the day long session, I clicked the feedback button, which popped up an email form already populated with my email address. I simply stated that, next year, they should send me a Colt 45 and bullets in an interoffice envelope and ask me to shoot myself. I got a one-word reply: Ouch. I resigned (retired) before the next such assault.
