Tucker saying he has no evidence, but reporting it anyway. That's disingenuous. It is not journalism. It's tabloid rumor mongering.
Methinks this is part of a smear campaign.
The SCOTUS ruling is not as it seems. It was at last minute, avoiding earlier opportunities. It is only temporary. If the issue is cut and dried, why the hesitancy and only temporary?
The U.S. Constitution is very clearly written. It truly is B&W, no middle ground.
So if the lower courts acting to control federal government is a constitutional issue, then this should be a very easy case. Is, or is not? Yes, or no?
