Being originalist, SCOTUS doesn't have to wait for a lower court appeal.
The big question is why hasn't SCOTUS?
The 12th video about white supremacy is correct. The most crimes in the USA are committed by the Black Race per stats yet they are around 13% of the population. This is Black on Black, and Black on other race crime.
If all the blacks were removed from our cities, most police departments could cut their staff by 80-90+%.
