When an agent performs his duties as according to his office, the agency is the responsible party.
But here, the specific agent is being held in contempt.
This is going to get out of hand. I mean moreso.
This charging of a specific person acting in his official capacity is an escalation of what's been happening with lower court judges. It will get more entangled precisely because SCOTUS remains silent.
I was wrong. Congress is more culpable than is the Supreme Court. Has Congress yet acted to reign in these judges?
