I met Mark Levin at a coffee shop. It was purely random. For about 40 minutes just he and me talked. I struggled to keep up with him on a variety of subjects. He was very well tuned in on everything that came up. Intelligent, kind and gracious is how I describe him.

The report is the Jay report. Professor Alexis Jay identified 1,400 cases of child sexual abuse from 1997 - 2013. That's 16 yrs, a case every 4.2 days means avg.
The coverup was by police, city councils, and senior politicians. Police ordered computer files wiped. Police Commissioner obstructed investigations plus ordered arrests of those who sought to protect victims.
The Jay report came out in 2014. By then, the Paki rape gangs had been active for nearly 30 years.
Why the coverup? Politicians and the like me re concerned with protecting their own reputations.
Marxist socialologists latched onto the term 'institutionalized racism'. How do you defend from the accusation of racism? By being quiet, saying nothing.

That 30 ( since before 2014 ) period predates when I first became aware of sex trafficking in the U.S. In early 1990s, '92 or '93, is when I read about it. No one believed it. Now everyone believes it.
A case is one individual victim. A case may include multiple events in multiple cities over multiple years. But all involving that one victim.
A girl or boy may be trafficked from city to city, many cases 70 or more cities. To be repeatedly raped by multiple men at a time, then passed on to another gang.
The government knew. City councils knew. But to avoid the accusations of racist, they did nothing. That is, nothing except to threaten or arrest people who stood up against it.
I first read about child sex trafficking in the U.S. in a very unlikely place.
Surfer magazine had an online forum. A comment or kept mentioning it.
I asked a sheriff deputy I knew. He had contacts at the local FBI office. He told me what he found out. Like peeling the skin of an onion. Trafficking modeled on the drug trade. The product is minor children. So sick of you go down that rabbit hole. Beyond horrifying.
Oh, that 1,400 cases is just in the Rotherham borough.
