Enforcement includes deportation of entire families. Staus was granted and can be taken away. The pertinent laws are already on the books.
FBI and DOJ when going after Carter Page using FISA concocted a 2nd degree of association to widen their net. For Somali corruption, use the same strategy. Anyone found to have association with a person found to have committed fraud et al, is subject to same penalty.
