Oh, I LOVE the guillotine...especially when the woodchipper isn't running... Yes, town square, Superbowl halftime show, filler for C-SPAN when Congress isn't in session, etc. More than enough deserving to fill every day...

I still prefer the guillotine. Set it up in the town center after church on Sunday and provide picnic lunches and a BBQ.
