Biden Admin flying illegal alien minors into Tennessee in the middle of night

As first reported by WRCB-TV, a video shows migrant (illegal aliens) children arriving late Saturday night at Chattanooga’s Wilson Air Center. They were flown into the state! You can see them heading to board charter buses on the runway. in the video at the end

Tennessee’s governor and two senators want to know why.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki was asked about the governor’s reports that at least four planes, filled with unaccompanied minors landed in Tennessee some in the middle of the night.

“Well, as we have been very clear about, children– our objective is to unite these unaccompanied children, children under the age of 18 with families, with sponsor families. So children traveling–we’re traveling through, have been traveling through Tennessee,” Psaki said. “They are simply on their way to unite with relatives and sponsors, to meet sponsors in the state, or just traveling through Tennessee until they reach another destination to unite with family members or legal sponsors. As you know, geographically, it’s right in a place where you know, there’s a lot of states around it so it’s a place where some flights have gone through as children are moving to other destinations.

This is what Barack Obama did, but he’s still running the country, isn’t he? He’s turning all our states blue. These are future, permanent Democrat voters.

Governor Bob Lee turned down Biden’s request to house illegal alien minors. The administration did it anyway.
Instead of sending a letter to DHS Secretary Mayorkas, they should send them home.

Spike in Illegal Immigration Overwhelms Sheriffs; Families Exposed to Gang, Drug Violence

Local law enforcement agencies nationwide are overwhelmed with criminal activity linked to a huge increase in illegal immigration and families are being exposed to violence associated with drug trafficking and transnational gangs, according to hundreds of sheriffs across the United States. In a letter to President Joe Biden, the law enforcement officials in more than two dozen states blast the administration’s “reckless and irresponsible” open border policies that are exposing innocent citizens to illegal alien violence. Titled, “Help America’s Sheriffs Keep Our Neighborhoods and Communities Safe by Halting Illegal Immigration,” the document asserts that the crisis began when Biden was vice president.

“In a myriad of ways, you and your administration are encouraging and sanctioning lawlessness and the victimization of the people of the United States of America, all in the name of mass illegal immigration,” the sheriffs write. “What is most troubling to America’s Sheriffs is that you and your administration were well aware that this crisis would happen when you ceased construction of the border wall and changed border security policies.” The law enforcement officials continue: “Sheriffs were talking with the Obama/Biden administration about these same concerns that we were experiencing at the time based on the lax policies then being implemented. In fact, America’s Sheriffs attended meetings in Washington with then-Undersecretary of Homeland Security (DHS) Alejandro Mayorkas, who is now your Secretary of Homeland Security. You and he are fully aware of what illegal immigration does to our citizens, legal residents and our communities.”

Among the letter’s signatories are sheriffs in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, and Texas to name a few. Even sheriffs, who are typically elected to head county law enforcement agencies, in states that broadly offer illegal immigrants sanctuary signed the letter. They include several in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Oregon, New Jersey, Illinois, Oregon, and Vermont. “You may imagine how violated America’s Sheriffs feel that you unleashed a predictable crisis upon our nation that puts those we promised to protect at risk of grave danger,” the cops write to the commander-in-chief. “America’s Sheriffs will not defy our oaths. We will not join with those who suggest that we ignore existing laws in collusion with those elected officials who arbitrarily feel that they should be excused from...

Count of Illegal Alien Population Excluded from U.S. Census Data

An estimation of the number of illegal aliens living in the United States is excluded from early data released this week by the U.S. Census Bureau thanks to executive orders from President Joe Biden.

Census Bureau officials released population totals this week, revealing that the U.S. population stands at about 331,449,281 residents, adding more than 22,700,000 residents since 2010. Still unknown is how many of those nearly 331.5 million U.S. residents are illegal aliens.

In March 2018, former President Trump’s administration announced that it would seek to put the American citizenship question back on the Census to determine how many citizens, legal immigrants, and illegal aliens reside in the U.S.

Then, in June 2019, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the administration could put the American citizenship question on the Census. But the Court sent the case back to a lower court that did not hold a hearing before the cutoff for the printing of the 2020 Census forms.

Likewise, Biden signed an executive order that stopped the Census Bureau’s collection of citizenship data that would have helped determine the illegal alien population living in the U.S., as well as the citizen population.

A report in early January, before Biden took office, revealed that the Census Bureau had already stopped attempting to tally the illegal alien population in each state and U.S. territory.

Now, Americans are left with only a handful of illegal alien population estimates from organizations and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) — all of which differ.

The latest Pew Research Center estimate, based on 2017 data, states that about 10.5 million illegal aliens live in the U.S. Data from DHS, as of January 2018, states that the illegal alien population stands at about 11.4 million.

Those tabulations are far off from other estimates. In 2018, for example, Yale University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology researchers estimated that there were about 22 million illegal aliens living in the U.S. The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), meanwhile, estimated this year that the illegal alien population is at...

Biden Administration Stops Fining Aliens Who Overstay Visas, Cancels Previous Alien Overstay Debts

According to a press release late last week, the Department of Homeland Security has stopped fining illegal aliens who have overstayed their visas and refuse to depart from the United States, after previously agreeing that they would depart during the initial process to acquire a visa.

Former President Trump began to enforce this long-standing facet of the Immigration and Nationality Act in 2018; before that, for more than 20 years, the Federal Government had not enforced fining visa overstayers despite the action’s codification within the INA.

According to Breitbart News, the Trump Administration began to fine aliens who overstayed their visas up to $500 per day they refused to depart from the U.S.

The Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, said in the release that the Department had rescinded the enforcement of fines, arguing that it is not effective:
There is no indication that these penalties promoted compliance with noncitizens’ departure obligations. We can enforce our immigration laws without resorting to ineffective and unnecessary punitive measures.
In addition, Mayorkas revealed that DHS stopped issuing the fines on January 20 but had not announced the policy change until Friday. This, in conjunction with CBP’s border crisis gag-order and new news that ICE officers in the Biden Administration are instructed to censor reports when listing facts involving the incarceration of criminal aliens, seems to mark an interesting start for Biden’s DHS in the realm of openness and transparency.

Not only has the decision taken away the penalty for overstaying a visa, informing current visa holders that they too can now overstay their visas without financial worry; as an additional reward for illegal overstayers, Biden’s Treasury Department will work with those fined under the Trump Administration to cancel their federal debts.
A USTD news release states:
After reviewing detailed data regarding the issuance of such fines since 2018, it was clear to Secretary Mayorkas and Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Tae Johnson that the fines were not effective and had not meaningfully advanced the interests of the agency. ICE intends to work with the Department of Treasury to cancel the existing debts of those who had been fined.

Border Patrol Intercepts Previously Deported Rapists, Gang Members Breaching US Border

Border Patrol agents arrested several criminals, including a previously deported rapist and a gang member, at the US-Mexico Border.

In Texas, Border Patrol agents arrested two criminal aliens this past weekend, including a felon convicted for indecency with a child and an El Salvadorian national convicted for racketeering conspiracy.

A separate Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) press release reveals that Arizona officials identified, arrested, and charged an illegal immigrant who raped a fellow migrant.

And in California, CBP officials identified a previously deported, felon gang member attempting to cross the U.S. border:

“Agents conducted records checks, which revealed that the man, a 41-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, is a documented Paisas gang member with a criminal history. He has multiple felony convictions to include Grand Theft, Robbery, Evasion, and Re-entry of a Deported Felon, all of which are felony offenses. The illegal alien was sentenced to...

Temporary Foreign Workers Eligible for Stimulus Payments

My colleague Steven Camarota has described the huge extent to which illegal aliens can, and do, secure those $1,400 stimulus checks, but there is more. Most aliens working in foreign worker programs are getting the same break as well.

The government appears to be making stimulus payments to people with work-authorized Social Security numbers, regardless of their immigration status. Many people here on the most temporary of visas have these numbers.

The irony drips all over the place when it comes to recent alien college graduates who are in the federally subsidized Optional Practical Training (OPT) program, which we have discussed before.

The employers of OPT workers do not pay payroll taxes on them, and many of these workers (those here for five years or less) do not see deductions for these taxes, yet the aliens usually have Social Security numbers, and are thus eligible for the $1,400 checks. So in all cases their employers do not, and in many cases the employees do not, contribute to the federal trust funds, like the rest of us do (at about 8 percent of income), but they are eligible for the stimulus payments.

It’s nice (doubly subsidized) work if you can get it.

One of the main problems with the OPT program, which gives subsidies to U.S. employers who hire recent foreign graduates of U.S. college and universities to work for one year in some cases, and three years in others, is the harm it does to three federal trust funds. (To be clear, OPT is for aliens on student visas, not for permanent residents (green card holders) who aren't citizens yet, who pay the same taxes as citizens.) Payroll taxes support the Social Security, Medicare, and federal unemployment insurance trust funds.

The other major problem is that a citizen or a green-card recent college grad loses a job every time an employer hires an OPT worker.

And no citizen college graduates, or their employers, get these benefits. It is one thing to allow a recent alien college graduate to work legally (even though it’s a questionable call), but it’s quite another to demand that the nation’s ailing, aging, and unemployed subsidize such jobs, as is the case with OPT.

Most foreign worker programs involve workers with...

Gov. Ron DeSantis Gets Tough Protecting Florida From Biden's Nat. Sanctuary Policy

In an extraordinary letter, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is now demanding that the Biden Administration stop its illicit practice of releasing dangerous criminal illegal aliens in lieu of the Administration’s attempt to nationalize a “sanctuary city” policy.

According to Breitbart News, Acting ICE Director Tae Johnson recently ordered that agents not pursue illegal aliens for arrest and deportation until they have been convicted of aggravated felonies against Americans - despite the majority of illegal alien crimes targeting other immigrants.

For context, this means that under the Biden Administration, about 9-in-10 illegal aliens who would have otherwise been detained and removed will not be rewarded for breaking the law and allowed to continue living in the U.S.

Besides the reasonable demand that the President and his Administration do their jobs, during the press conference, Gov. DeSantis also directed Fla. state agencies to notify local law enforcement officials every time a criminal illegal alien is released in the community as a result of Biden’s negligence.

Members of Angle Families joined Gov. DeSantis during the presser; these are families who lost loved ones directly at the hands of aliens who entered the country illegally.

Besides accurately calling the new Biden orders a “reckless policy” and a “disregard for public safety and the rule of law,” the Gov. added - “These are convicted felons who are here illegally. If you can’t remove them, then what do you have? Just a complete lawless system and a complete open border?”

Governor DeSantis also mandated monthly updates from FDLE on all criminal illegal aliens who have had their ICE detainer lifted under Biden, including when their Florida prison terms are up and any subsequent crimes committed by the criminal aliens.

This news comes after the Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody filed a lawsuit against the Biden Admin.’s sanctuary country directives. A.G. Moody detailed how the Biden rules have benefited criminal aliens convicted of burglary, cocaine trafficking, grand theft auto, heroin trafficking, credit card fraud, and money laundering, allowing them to be released back into Florida communities rather than being deported.

“If ICE is not willing to take custody and remove and ICE wants them released into our society, then any additional crime that is committed is, by definition, one that should have been prevented,” DeSantis concluded.

Below is the full letter from Governor DeSantis.

Illegal Aliens Released by BP Commit Home Invasion Robberies, Store Burglaries in U.S. Town

Violence sparked by the illegal immigrant crisis along the U.S.-Mexico border has spilled over into a sleepy little town unaccustomed to the devastating impact large influxes have on bigger cities near major crossings. A series of crimes committed by illegal aliens and human smugglers (coyotes) has left the usually tranquil Arizona town of Sonoita, population of about 800, in shock. Veteran ranchers and business owners in the area interviewed by Judicial Watch say that in the last few days there have been two home invasion robberies and two local stores were burglarized by a group of illegal immigrants who had just been released into their community by the U.S. Border Patrol in the predawn hours.

Additionally, armed illegal immigrants were stopped by authorities just south of Sonoita on private property, according to local sources. “Keep in mind that our area is rural, and the large majority of illegal immigrants are crossing in Nogales, Naco, and Douglas in Santa Cruz and Cochise County,” said one area rancher. Another said the sparsely populated region, located about two dozen miles from the Mexican border, is a large grazing area that is “not accustomed to this type of invasion of illegal activity.” The ranchers, all lifetime Sonoita-area residents, asked not to be identified because the situation is getting increasingly heated. Judicial Watch reached out to the Santa Cruz County Sheriff, which has jurisdiction in the area, for more detailed information about the crimes. However, the agency never responded. Local sources with firsthand knowledge of the recent crime spree say one of the homeowners recently robbed was beaten quite badly by the illegal alien perpetrators. The other was the family home of an area pastor’s son, the sources said.

Judicial Watch spoke to the owner of one of the Sonoita stores recently burglarized by illegal immigrants sometime before dawn. The business, Cowgirl Flare Boutique, sits at the intersection of Arizona State Route 82 and 83 in the middle of town. Next to it is a convenience store that also got burglarized by the same group. “The Border Patrol processed and released two men and a woman for human smuggling at around 4:30 a.m. and my store is very close to the Sonoita Border Patrol station,” said Stephanie Hubbell, who opened Cowgirl Flare Boutique nearly a decade ago. “They broke in and took all the money in the cash register and several pairs of men’s jeans and shirts.” The illegal immigrants also smoked crack cocaine in her store, Hubbell said, and used the pages of a book nook stationed outside her business to start a fire. Besides also burglarizing the convenience store next to her, Hubbell said the illegal immigrants stole all the cash donations in a shrine that the owner has in honor of her deceased mother.

The problem is only getting worse, locals say, because federal agents are overwhelmed with the onslaught of migrants and more are being released into communities near the border. A separate group of illegal immigrants processed and released by the Border Patrol was arrested within the last 24 hours, Hubbell said, for criminal behavior in Sonoita. “One was coming off meth and the other three guys were traffickers,” Hubbell said. Hours later, an illegal alien “coming off heroine” was taken into custody, she added. “This is the kind of illegal activity that this is bringing to our area,” the longtime resident and business owner declared. She and other town residents, who did not want their name used, say that during Donald Trump’s presidency there was less criminal activity by illegal immigrants than in the first few months of the Biden administration. “This town was so safe for the last four years,” Hubbell said. “Not now.”

In the last few weeks, several media outlets have reported that federal authorities are indeed releasing large groups of illegal immigrants in the U.S. after “processing” them, many without even being issued a court date. One national news syndicate obtained an internal government document that explains the move is “intended to mitigate operational challenges, including risks to national security, during significant surges of illegal migration.” A Texas congressman recently disclosed that federal officials have released around 2,000 illegal immigrants inside the U.S. without a notice to appear in court. The Democrat lawmaker, Henry Cuellar, calls it...

The Surge of Children and Families at the Border Began when Biden Took Office and Is Not a Seasonal Variation

A brief analysis published by the Washington Post on March 23 suggested that “there’s no migrant surge at the U.S. southern border.” Instead, the authors argue, the dramatic increase in apprehensions of children and families is just the “usual seasonal bump” in apprehensions that happens every year. They also argue that the increase in apprehensions reflects “pent-up demand” of people who would have come in the last year “but for the pandemic”. (My colleague Andrew Arthur has also written about the Post analysis.)

The first argument is simply not supported by the data. The second argument may have some plausibility except for the fact that this pent-up demand suddenly manifested itself as soon as Biden took office. A far more reasonable interpretation of the data is that President Biden’s pronouncements and policies, including not returning unaccompanied children under Title 42 and releasing Central Americans within 72 hours of apprehension into the United States, as well as his stated desire to end most deportations and continued support for legalizing most illegal immigrants, is spurring larger numbers of families and children to enter illegally.

Figure 1 shows that in January and February of last year, before Covid, the number of children and families apprehended was much less than in January and February of this year. (Unaccompanied alien children are called “UACs”; “single minors” are children apprehended with adults other than a parent.) Once in place in April, the Covid travel restrictions caused a falloff in apprehensions for a time, but by the end of last year apprehensions were back to pre-Covid levels. However, when President Biden took office, the number surged, suddenly and dramatically. If it really was “pent-up demand” and unrelated to the change in administration, then the question has to be asked: Why was this demand suddenly released only after Biden’s inauguration?

On its face, it would seem that the policies and statements by the new administration are being interpreted by prospective migrants to mean that if they are apprehended, they are more likely to be released. Or, if they enter successfully, they are less likely to be sent home than was the case under the prior administration. Some interviews with migrants indicate that this is the case.

Figure 2 examines the seasonality of apprehensions of children and families. It compares December of each year to February of the following year (the green bar). It also compares January to February of the same year. February of this year looks to be very different from...

ANOTHER Illegal Alien Arrested For Child Sex Crimes While Crossing U.S. Border.

Customs and Border Protection officials arrested a Mexican national with a history of child sex crimes attempting to cross the U.S. border.

“The incident occurred at approximately 11 a.m., when agents assigned to the El Centro Station encountered a man who illegally entered the United States 22 miles west of the Calexico Port of Entry,” a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) press release notes.

The individual turned out to be a 28-year-old Mexican national previously convicted of...

Taxpayers to Spend $392.69 per Person per Night on Hotels for Illegal Border-Crossers

You are now a smuggling co-conspirator

On March 20, Axios reported that the Biden administration has entered into a six-month contract worth $86 million to house 1,200 migrant family members near the Southwest border in Texas and Arizona. That works out to $71,666.67 per migrant, paid by your tax dollars, meaning that you are now a co-conspirator to one of the largest smuggling schemes in history.

Keep in mind, as the outlet notes, that $86 million is just the beginning, as the contract (“through Endeavors, a Texas-based nonprofit” — I would hate to see the tab if they were in it for the money) “could be extended and expanded”.

Why does the Biden administration need $86 million in hotel space? ICE, which detains adults and adults traveling with children (family units or FMUs), is already using its family residential centers (FRCs) as “rapid-processing centers with the goal of releasing families within 72 hours”. But apparently even with that short turn-around time, the agency is running out of space.

Here is an important point to keep in mind: Such speedy releases of FMUs — with little more than some fingerprinting and a future court date — into the interior of the United States is far and away "the major ‘pull factor'" that will encourage even more adult migrants to risk their lives and their accompanying children’s on the trek to the United States in the future.

That is not me saying that. It is one of several conclusions of a bipartisan federal panel during a similar migrant surge in FY 2019. They offered plenty of solutions to address the problem and avoid those dangers in that report (as I explained on March 16), but thus far the Biden administration has not adopted a single one.

As Axios notes, not all FMUs are allowed to stay in the United States. The Biden administration has left in place (for now) a CDC order under Title 42 of the U.S. Code that allows Border Patrol to expel migrants who have entered illegally back across the border, in response to the pandemic.

Mexico, however, has started to refuse the return of third-country national FMUs who have entered this country illegally, and the Biden administration has stopped returning unaccompanied alien children apprehended by Border Patrol.

Only 42 percent of FMUs who were caught in February were sent back to Mexico, down from 91 percent in October, according to Axios. Hence, the need for $86 million in hotel rooms.

Most, if not all, of those FMUs paid smugglers to deliver them to the U.S. border. Smugglers usually drop those migrants off on the Mexican side of the line, leaving them to make their way into the United States (and requiring Border Patrol to save them). In case you are wondering why Border Patrol rescues are set to hit new highs, now you know.

Of course, the border is not the destination for those migrants — the interior of the United States is. So the Biden administration is picking up the smuggling conspiracy where the smugglers left off, and paying $86 million in hotel fees to do so until those migrants can be on their way.

That means your tax dollars are helping to complete that conspiracy, making you part of the conspiracy, too. Of course, neither you nor they will be held liable for doing so, because it is the government that is doing it in your name, and it’s the government that would prosecute violators (which they are plainly not going to do).

That does not make it right, though.

By the way, $71,666.67 divided by six months equals $392.69 per person per night. One night at the AAA-rated three diamond Best Western Plus Laredo Inn & Suites for two adults and two children is $127.49 per night ($111 for AAA members), and includes a free breakfast, refrigerator, and...

Previously Deported Illegal Alien Wanted for Child Rape Shot by Police After Pulling a Gun

An illegal alien shot and killed by police during an attempted arrest in Arlington, Texas on Thursday was wanted on eleven sex offense charges, including crimes against children. Juan Jimenez-Salas had been previously deported from the United States.

A felony arrest warrant for Jimenez-Salas was issued months ago, with the Mexican national charged with five counts of rape and six counts of indecency with a child. It was alleged the illegal alien had committed sexual assault against two sisters under the ages of ten.

On Thursday, US Marshals working with Arlington police officers encountered Jimenez-Salas during a traffic stop. It’s alleged he reached for a gun during the arrest, and after pointing it at an officer was shot and killed.

It appears that Jimenez-Salas was deported from the United States are being charged with sex offenses similar to that he was recently charged with. “Approximately 20 years ago, he was arrested on felony charges similar to that on what we have on him in this case now. And he was deported back to Mexico,” said Captain Scott Harwell of the El Dorado Police Department.

If Jimenez-Salas had been kept out of the country after his first sex crimes deportation, the second round of sex offenses against children never would’ve occurred. It’s unclear when he returned to the United States.

Customs and Border Patrol officers have arrested dozens of previously deported sex offenders on the US southern border in the latest...

Mexican Officials Admit Trump’s Border Policies Helped Them Manage Migrant Influx

As the Biden administration struggles to house thousands of unaccompanied minors crossing the border, Mexican officials admit that former President Donald Trump’s border policies helped them manage the large influx of migrants making their way through Central America and Mexico into the United States illegally.

“The Biden administration’s appeal to do more against migration has put Mexico in a difficult position. While Mr. Trump strong-armed Mexico into militarizing the border, some Mexican officials argue that his harsh policies may have at times helped lessen their load by deterring migrants from attempting to make the journey north,” the New York Times reported on Thursday.

While the Trump administration enacted policies to stop illegal immigration, Biden rolled back most of the Republican’s directives, exchanging them for what the White House calls an appropriate response to the border crisis, which the Press Secretary Jen Psaki labeled a “vital human challenge.”

Biden’s directives included reinstating the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, adding illegal immigrants in U.S. Census totals, ceasing construction on the southern border wall, and even replacing the word “alien” with “noncitizen” in U.S. immigration laws.

At the beginning of March, Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador told reporters that many of those suddenly eager to undertake the dangerous journey across the southern U.S. border illegally view Biden as “the migrant president,” as his policies seemed to usher in a new era of...

Illegal Alien Charged with 4 Murders Looks to Evade Death Penalty with ‘Intellectually Disabled’ Label

An illegal alien charged with murdering four Americans is looking to evade the death penalty by classifying himself as “intellectually disabled.”

Wilbur Ernesto Martinez-Guzman, a 20-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, was charged with murdering 56-year-old Connie Koontz, 74-year-old Sophia Renken, 81-year-old Gerald David, and his 80-year-old wife, Sharon David, in January 2019 when prosecutors said he was attempting to steal money from his victims to buy more meth.

Now, Martinez-Guzman’s attorneys seek to classify him as “intellectually disabled” so he can evade the death penalty. The attorneys have appealed their case to Nevada’s Supreme Court, claiming that they need more time to gather evidence that their client is intellectually disabled.

The Associated Press reports:
Nevada’s Supreme Court wants to hear directly from lawyers on both sides in a death penalty dispute over how much more time public defenders should have to try to prove a Salvadoran immigrant is intellectually disabled and can’t be executed if convicted of four 2019 Nevada killings.

Deputy Defender John Reese Petty said in their most recent Supreme Court filings the motion hasn’t been filed yet because they’ve been unable to gather necessary evidence in Guzman’s native El Salvador due largely to COVID-19 travel restrictions.

A clinical psychologist concluded in an evaluation that’s been sealed in district court that Martinez-Guzman’s general intellectual and cognitive test scores fell well below levels needed to satisfy key elements of Nevada’s execution exemption, the defense said.
Previously, a Nevada judge said Martinez-Guzman’s attorneys had until April 20 to prove he is intellectually disabled. They claim they need more time to travel to El Salvador and gather evidence to prove their case.

Among those allegedly murdered by Martinez-Guzman was:

CDC allows migrant children cages to fill to 100% as border crisis intensifies

The Centers for Disease Control is relaxing COVID-19 restrictions on facilities that house unaccompanied child migrants crossing into the United States through the roughly 2,000 mile border with Mexico. Why? Because the Biden administration is being overwhelmed by the tidal wave of illegal alien migration since over turning former President Trump’s strict border policies. The move to fill the facilities to 100% capacity is an effort to house the droves of children arriving to the U.S.

A memo obtained by Axios found the agency warning “facilities should plan for and expect to have COVID-19 cases.”

The CDC is sidelining health restrictions as a crisis at the southern border intensifies.

Some migrant children told Sara Carter stories of jumping onto trains to get to the border and horror stories of other children falling of trains or disappearing along the four month journey from Honduras.Sara Carter

Sara Carter spoke live from the border Friday night on Hannity, reporting that children are flooding into the country daily and that border agents are “overwhelmed.”
“There are roughly 700 to 1,000 undocumented migrants, some of them unaccompanied minors, pouring into Texas daily, ” Carter said live from McAllen, Tex. “There is a crisis on the southern border as well, with the drug cartels battling it out, as well as human traffickers.”

Carter confirmed children are entering the country alone, some as young as four-years-old.

Some migrant children told Carter stories of jumping onto trains to get to the border and horror stories of other children falling of trains or disappearing along the four month journey from Honduras.
Carter found that migrants misunderstood Biden’s stop on deportations for 100 days “as an invitation to arrive to the United States.”

Children appeared in Texas without parents, or with adults who were strangers and potentially paid by parents who are back in Honduras.

“The crisis couldn’t be any worse,” Carter said. “More and more undocumented children are coming across the border. There’s a big concern here as well with the spread of COVID and that the majority of people coming through here are not being tested.”:

Illegal Alien Jorge Rios Charged With Rape And Murder Of Jogger In Jersey Park...

Jorge Rios, Illegal Alien, Rapist, Murderer

A New Jersey man has been arrested in connection with the sexual assault and murder of a woman found dead in a park lake last month, prosecutors said.

Jorge Rios faces charges of felony murder, kidnapping and aggravated assault for the death of Carolina Cano, 45.

Cano's body was found shortly after 7:30 a.m. on March 24 in a lake at Lincoln Park in Jersey City, New Jersey. Her cause of death was strangulation and drowning and was ruled a homicide, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said in a press release.

Her roommate told NBC New York that Cano left their Jersey City home around 5:30 a.m. to go jogging and never returned.

"She was like family because I've known her since she was a little girl," the roommate, who was not identified, said.

Cano's family lives in Peru, according to the roommate. Cano came to the United States alone and worked as a nanny.

"She was a working woman, a good woman," her roommate said. "She didn’t bother anyone. She was a woman that was always with God, that’s how she lived. She was really a beautiful woman. She had a very beautiful heart."

Rios, 33, was arrested Sunday by the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Homicide Task Force and is being held at...

The 'Drug Trafficker, Pimp, and Rapist Relief Act'

Hidden within President Biden's amnesty bill is a "sleeper" provision that grants amnesty to criminal aliens — or at least makes them eligible to seek it. The fact is, the difference is not that great, as I will explain. You could call it the "Drug Trafficker, Pimp, and Rapist Relief Act" (and include murderers, child sex offenders, and those who convicted of slavery, too).

You have to get down to section 1204, at p. 73, to find the provision, euphemistically named "Restoring Fairness to Adjudications". Sounds reasonable. Until you read it.

That section would add new waivers to sections 212(c) and 237(a)(8) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Let me give you some history to better explain how breathtakingly lenient those provisions are.

History of Section 212(c) of the INA

There had been a waiver in section 212(c) of the INA since 1952, but that was removed in 1996 by Congress in the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA). Why was section 212(c) removed by IIRIRA?

Because it provided relief to some pretty unsavory criminal aliens. Here's how that provision read, from 1952 to 1990:

Aliens lawfully admitted for permanent residence who temporarily proceeded abroad voluntarily and not under an order of deportation, and who are returning to a lawful unrelinquished domicile of seven consecutive years, may be admitted in the discretion of the Attorney General without regard to [their excludability under section 212(a) of the INA].
I will stop right there to explain what that means. The old 212(c) waiver was originally only available to aliens with green cards, and only then if they had been living in the United States for seven years. And it was originally meant to grant them a waiver if they were returning from abroad.

In 1976, however, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) held that it also applied to green card holders who had not left the United States, finding on due process and equal protection grounds that it was not fair to treat returning immigrants differently. That made section 212(c) waivers a form of relief from deportation.

In 2001, the Supreme Court held that: "The extension of § 212(c) relief to the deportation context has had great practical importance, because deportable offenses have historically been defined broadly." In other words, if you were a lawful permanent resident criminal who had not left the United States, until 1976, you were likely to be deported (because that is what Congress wanted).

And it was granted pretty liberally: Between 1989 and 1995, more than 10,000 aliens were granted 212(c) relief, many if not most because those green-card holders were deportable on criminal grounds. One immigration judge (IJ) before whom I appeared told me that she would usually grant it to an alien at least...

Are migrant children receiving ‘classroom education’ while teacher’s unions keep American kids out?

Unaccompanied migrant children apprehended at the border are provided with a number of taxpayer-funded services including “classroom education,” according to the Department of Homeland Security agency that handles their care. Some frustrated Americans want to know if the program includes in-person learning under the rules of the pandemic.

We’d like that question answered, too.

The issue arose as millions of American kids continue to be denied similar opportunities to learn in-person by recalcitrant teacher’s unions that say that it’s too dangerous with the lingering COVID-19 pandemic.

Reports on Tuesday noted that DHS reopened a migrant overflow facility in Carrizo Springs, Texas, as illegal immigration ramps up following a series of executive orders signed last month by President Joe Biden as he took office that undid most of former President Donald Trump’s tough border enforcement actions.

According to DHS’ Office of Refugee Resettlement, reopening the facility was necessary in order to prevent unaccompanied alien children (UAC) from being kept in facilities operated by the U.S. Border Patrol. According to USA Today, reopening the Influx Care Facility will “ensure that children are placed in an appropriate setting where they can receive care and services, such as education, medical and mental health care, counseling, recreation, and access to legal services.”

The ORR’s website notes that education services will be provided in a classroom setting:

Services include:

— Classroom education

— Health care

— Socialization/recreation

— Vocational training

— Mental health services

— Family reunification

— Access to legal services; and

— Case management

Federal law requires the government to provide these and other services and care to UACs who have no legal immigration status, are under 18 years of age, and have no legal guardian in the U.S. The law also requires children to be transferred to such shelters, which are operated by the Department of Health and Human Services, within 72 hours of being apprehended.

According to Axios, HHS is currently caring for about 5,000 UACs.

Meanwhile, American children around the country are still being kept out of classroom learning environments mostly because teacher’s unions have refused to allow their members to return to schools, claiming that doing so puts them at risk of contracting COVID-19.

But that claim runs afoul of federal health guidelines and research indicating there is little chance of the virus being spread in schools that are open.

In fact, last week Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said that research shows the virus spreads more rapidly through communities when schools remain closed.

“What we are finding from the science-based literature is that there is more spread that is happening in the community when schools are not open than when schools are...

Joe Biden to Release 25,000 Illegal Aliens into the U.S. While Cases are Heard

The Biden administration announced today its plans to release tens of thousands of aliens waiting in Mexico for their next immigration court hearings into the United States “while their cases proceed”.

The first of an estimated 25,000 asylum-seekers in Mexico with active cases will be allowed in the United States on Feb. 19, authorities said. They plan to start slowly with two border crossings each processing up to 300 people a day and a third crossing taking fewer.

Ironically, “administration officials declined to name the crossings out of fear they may encourage a rush of people to those locations,” reports the Associated Press.

The disastrous, and down-right dangerous move is another regressive step made by the Biden administration when it comes to immigration. This time targeting the effective and common-sense Remain in Mexico program. The Migrant Protection Protocols was introduced in January 2019 and enrolled approximately 70,000 aliens.

This is in addition to reports that are already surfacing that after the first signs of a coming border surge, the Biden administration has restarted the tragic practice of ‘catch and release’, continually turning illegal aliens loose into the U.S. with a mear notice to appear, providing yet another magnet for increased illegal immigration.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, who was found by the DHS Inspector General of using his authority to expedite and overturn previously declined EB-5 visa applications on behalf of senior members of the Democratic Party, stated on the matter:

As President Biden has made clear, the U.S. government is committed to rebuilding a safe, orderly, and humane immigration system. This latest action is another step in our commitment to reform immigration policies that do not align with our nation’s values.

However, this doublespeak seems to highlight some mixed messaging coming from the Biden administration; as DHS said the move “should not be interpreted as an opening for people to migrate irregularly to the United States.”

Administration officials have said repeatedly that the vast majority of people who cross the border illegally are quickly expelled but massive releases of alien families in Texas and California have worked against that...
