A new directive by President Trump’s administration seeks to prevent American workers from being replaced by foreign labor by making it increasingly difficult for foreign nationals to continuingly have their guest worker visas renewed.
A memo issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency, is just one step in pro-American worker reforms occurring in the H-1B visa industry.
Every year, more than 100,000 foreign workers are brought to the U.S. on the H-1B visa and are allowed to stay for up to six years. That number has ballooned to potentially hundreds of thousands each year, as universities and non-profits are exempt from the cap. With more entering the U.S. through the visa, Americans are often replaced and forced to train their foreign replacements.
Under new guidelines, though, USCIS will vet foreign workers currently holding U.S. jobs as if they were first-time applicants, a departure from previous agency practices where foreign workers already in the U.S. were readily given green lights to remain in the U.S.
“This new policy is in line with the Trump administration’s goal to protect American workers from discrimination and replacement by foreign labor,” pro-American immigration group NumbersUSA said in a post about the new guideline. “This new policy will make sure that only qualified H-1B workers will be allowed to stay in the U.S. and will help crack down on visa fraud and abuse.”
Under the H-1B visa, foreign workers are brought to the U.S. by corporations who often time replace Americans. Those replaced Americans have...

Devin Nunes: News That Clinton Paid for Dossier Just ‘Tip of the Iceberg’
House Intel chair says we've got a 'big problem' with the FBI if it used 'opposition research' to launch investigation of Trump
Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) said Wednesday on “The Laura Ingraham Show” that Tuesday’s bombshell report revealing that the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign paid for the discredited dossier on President Donald Trump and Russia “is just the tip of the iceberg.”
Nunes, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, addressed The Washington Post’s report that Democrats paid for the research that went into crafting the report by retaining the research firm Fusion GPS. Noting that this piece of news is “a major scandal” for Clinton and her party, Nunes said “the only reason” this information came out was because the House Intelligence Committee subpoenaed documents from Fusion GPS.
“So, what else is Fusion GPS hiding? I imagine quite a bit," Nunes said. “So my guess is there’s a lot more here once we get to the bottom of it.”
“The press did everything they could to bury this. As you know, I’ve been relentlessly attacked for months. And now finally we’re just beginning to get the truth," Nunes added. "This is just the tip of
Another important issue that the committee is still trying to discern the answer to is whether or not the FBI and the Department of Justice "used this dossier" paid for by the Clinton campaign and the DNC to "open counterintelligence investigations into the opposing party" during a presidential election.
"That kind of stuff only happens in third-world countries," Nunes said. "And we’ve been asking DOJ and FBI whether or not they...

Report: Clinton Campaign, DNC Funded Discredited Trump-Russia Dossier, Lied To Cover It Up
The Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee funded Fusion GPS, which paid a "former" foreign intelligence agent to work with Russian agents to dig up dirt on Donald Trump, according to a new report from The Washington Post.
Additionally, the lawyer who served as the Clinton campaign and the DNC's point man allegedly lied to a New York Times reporter to cover-up their financing of the shady group.
From The Washington Post:
The Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) helped fund research that resulted in a now-famous dossier containing allegations about Donald Trump’s connections to Russia and possible coordination between his campaign and the Kremlin, people familiar with the matter said.
Marc Elias, a lawyer representing the Clinton campaign and the DNC, retained Fusion GPS, a Washington, D.C., firm, to conduct the research. Fusion GPS hired dossier author Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence officer with ties to the FBI and the U.S. intelligence community.
Elias and his law firm, Seattle-based Perkins Coie, retained the firm in April 2016 on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the DNC. Before that agreement, Fusion GPS’ research into Trump was funded by a still unknown Republican client during the GOP primary.
The Clinton campaign and the DNC, through the law firm, continued to fund Fusion GPS’ research through the end of October 2016, days before Election Day.
[...]The Clinton campaign paid Perkins Coie $5.6 million in legal fees from June 2015 to December 2016, according to campaign-finance records, and the DNC...
