Mueller’s ‘Star Witness’ Rick Gates Falls Apart During Cross-Examination by Manafort Lawyers – Perjures Himself

Paul Manafort’s legal team painted Rick Gates, a former business associate to Manafort as a liar who embezzled millions of dollars to fund his secret life with his mistress in a blistering cross-examination Tuesday.

Rick Gates previously pleaded guilty and agreed to cooperate with Mueller; he was even referred to as the Special Counsel’s ‘star witness.’

On Tuesday, the Special Counsel’s ‘star witness’ Rick Gates fell apart during the cross-examination and perjured himself which is very damning for the prosecution.

Gates appeared nervous on Tuesday, using the phrases “it’s possible” and “I don’t recall” many times as he was grilled by Manafort’s lawyers, reported The Guardian.

Manafort’s lawyers continued to erode Gates’ credibility. At one point Manafort’s lawyer Kevin Downing asked Gates, “After all the lies you’ve told and fraud you’ve committed, you expect this jury to believe you?”

“Yes.” Gates replied.

Tuesday’s court transcripts are in and it shows Rick Gates completely fell apart, lied many times and perjured himself–which of course infuriated Judge Ellis.

A lawyer who obtained Tuesday’s transcripts breaks down the courtroom drama and shows where Rick Gates was caught lying and committed...

Colleges: A Force for Evil

Many of the nation’s colleges have become a force for evil and a focal point for the destruction of traditional American values. The threat to our future lies in the fact that today’s college students are tomorrow’s teachers, professors, judges, attorneys, legislators, and policymakers.

A recent Brookings Institution poll suggests that nearly half of college students believe hate speech is not protected by the First Amendment. Of course, it is.

Fifty-one percent of students think that it’s acceptable to shout down a speaker with whom they disagree. About 20 percent of students hold that it’s acceptable to use violence to prevent a speaker from speaking. Over 50 percent say colleges should prohibit speech and viewpoints that might offend certain people.

Contempt for the First Amendment and other constitutional guarantees is probably shared by the students’ high school teachers, as well as many college professors.

Brainwashing and indoctrination of young people has produced some predictable results, as shown by a recent Gallup poll. For the past 18 years, Gallup has asked adults how proud they are to be Americans. This year, only 47 percent say they are “extremely proud,” well below the peak of 70 percent in 2003. The least proud to be Americans are nonwhites, young adults, and college graduates.

The proudest Americans are those older than 50 and those who did not graduate from college. The latter might be explained by their limited exposure to America’s academic elite.

Johnetta Benton, a teacher at Hampton Middle School near Atlanta, was recorded telling her sixth-grade students, “America has never been great for minorities.” In a tirade, she told her class: “Because Europeans came from Europe … you are an immigrant. You are an illegal immigrant because you came and just took it. … You are an immigrant. This is not your country.”

To exploit young, immature people this way represents an act of supreme cowardice. The teacher should be fired, but I’m guessing that her colleagues share her sympathies. At the same school, students were given a homework assignment that required them to write a letter asking lawmakers for stricter gun control laws.

One might be tempted to argue that the growing contempt for liberty and the lack of civility stem from the election of Donald Trump. That’s entirely wrong. The lack of civility and indoctrination of...

Texas Tech Police Believe Campus Carry Has Made School Safer

If you want to get an anti-gunner spun up, just ask them about campus carry. They completely lose their minds over the idea of law-abiding adults being able to carry on a college campus. They just can’t even.

However, proponents of campus carry argue that it makes schools safer. After all, what would have happened at Virginia Tech if an armed student had met the killer during his first stop?

But for most of us, it’s pretty academic. We’re not really on college campuses, so it’s just a discussion topic.

Police on college campuses, however, are there. They’re on campuses each and every day, so they see the reality.

On at least one campus, the police believe campus carry is a good thing and has made their school safer.

Campus carry has been law in Texas for two years now, and Texas Tech police say the law makes the university a safer place.

They say the policy even deters potential active shooters from attempting a mass shooting situation.

“I believe it makes the campus a safer place, to live, learn and educate,” said Amy Ivey, a lieutenant at the Texas Tech Police Department.

Tech police say in a potential active shooter situation, someone might be able to stop it if they are armed.

Now, Texas Tech doesn’t just count on campus carry to make the school safe. They also do active shooter training that also includes going hands-on with a shooter.

That said, there’s something that needs to be talked about that’s not specifically mentioned here, but is implied.

While the Texas Tech police believe campus carry has made their school safer, what they’re not talking about are...

A RACIST COMMUNIST FAMINE GROWS IN SOUTH AFRICA

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa
Leftist land seizures and racist politics will lead to genocide.

"Strongman politics are ascendant," Barack Obama warned in South Africa. He spoke passionately about "the politics of fear and resentment" at the Mandela Lecture. He worried that we were entering a world, “where might makes right and politics is a hostile competition between tribes and races and religions.”

While the media used the remarks to attack Trump's meeting with Putin, Obama had shared a stage with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa who had come to power promising to seize land from white farmers. Ramaphosa was the latest in a series of ANC strongmen, including his predecessor, an alleged rapist, beginning with the Communist terrorist whose legacy Obama was commemorating.

President Ramaphosa had vowed early on to seize land from white farmers without compensation. "The expropriation of land without compensation is envisaged as one of the measures that we will use to accelerate redistribution of land to black South Africans,” he had declared. And denied that such racist Communist tactics were unconstitutional. Now he’s moving to modify South Africa’s constitution.

Initially, the ANC, which is partnered with the South African Communist Party, had claimed that seizing land would not violate the law. Now it’s actually going to change the South African constitution.

“It has become pertinently clear that our people want the constitution to be more explicit about expropriation of land without compensation,” President Ramaphosa announced.

When your only rule is mob rule by ANC thugs, it doesn’t really matter what a piece of paper says.

“We will accelerate our land redistribution programme not only to redress a grave historical injustice, but also to bring more producers into the agricultural sector and to make more land available for cultivation,” Ramaphosa claimed in his State of the Nation address.

Zimbabwe had already made great strides in improving agriculture through land seizures.

Land was stolen from the farmers who knew how to work it and handed out to politically connected thugs. Soon the former "bread basket" of Southern Africa was starving. Black groups pleaded with the white farmers to remain. Rural Zimbabwe died. Hyperinflation made the currency worthless. A trillion dollars might not be enough to buy one egg. A former food exporter was forced to rely on food aid.

"If white settlers just took the land from us without paying for it," Mugabe had declared, "we can, in a similar way, just take it from them without paying for it."

Ramaphosa’s rhetoric is an echo of one of Africa’s worst racist strongmen. Land seizures won’t bring South African land into “full use”, as he claims. It will mean productive land falling into the hands of ANC thugs who will be too corrupt, incompetent and greedy to do the hard work of working the land.

South Africa’s agricultural sector will go the way of Zimbabwe.

Cyril Ramaphosa is one of South Africa's richest men and has an estimated net worth of $550 million. How did a socialist student activist make a mint? The answer is an inevitable as it is unsurprising.

South Africa’s agricultural sector has been steadily in decline. Farms used to provide millions of jobs. Now they offer less than a million. Wheat planting has fallen to a third. Cotton to a tenth. A country that once...

Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s Ties To China Go Way Deeper Than An Alleged Office Spy

Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s warm relationship with and advocacy for Communist China go back decades and involve millions, if not billions, of dollars.

“I sometimes say that in my last life maybe I was Chinese.”—Sen. Dianne Feinstein

As media, intelligence agency, and political scrutiny of foreign meddling is seemingly at its apex, a story with big national security implications involving a high-ranking senator with access to America’s most sensitive intelligence information has been hiding in plain sight.

The story involves China and the senior U.S. senator from California, and former chair of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Democrat Dianne Feinstein. It was buried eight paragraphs into a recent Politico exposé on foreign efforts to infiltrate Silicon Valley, as a passing example of political espionage:

Former intelligence officials…[said] Chinese intelligence once recruited a staff member at a California office of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, and the source reported back to China about local politics. (A spokesperson for Feinstein said the office doesn’t comment on personnel matters or investigations, but noted that no Feinstein staffer in California has ever had a security clearance.)

Later comes additional detail:
According to four former intelligence officials, in the 2000s, a staffer in Senator Dianne Feinstein’s San Francisco field office was reporting back to the MSS [China’s Ministry of State Security, its intelligence and security apparatus]. While this person, who was a liaison to the local Chinese community, was fired, charges were never filed against him. (One former official reasoned this was because the staffer was providing political intelligence and not classified information—making prosecution far more difficult.) The suspected informant was ‘run’ by officials based at China’s San Francisco Consulate, said another former intelligence official. The spy’s handler ‘probably got an award back in China’ for his work, noted this former official, dryly.

This anecdote provides significantly more questions than answers. For starters: Who was the spy? For how long was the spy under surveillance? What information about “local politics” was the spy passing back to China? Just how close was the spy to the senator? Did law enforcement officials sweep vehicles and other areas for listening devices? Was there an investigation into whether others in the senator’s circle may have been...

Remains of boy are found buried on 'extremist Muslims' New Mexico compound where 11 starving children were rescued

  • Human remains were found buried on a New Mexico compound Monday
  • Siraj Wahhaj, 39, Lucas Morton. sisters Hujrah Wahhaj, 38, and Subhanah Wahhaj, 35, were charged along with their sister-in-law Jany Leveille, 35
  • They were found with 11 hungry children on Friday at the compound in Alamia
  • The five adults and their 12 children have been missing since January
  • Siraj's three-year-old son AG, mothered by another woman wasn't found
  • Police say Siraj wanted to perform an exorcism on the disabled boy who he believed was possessed
  • Land owner Jason Badger said he had spent months trying to evict the group
  • Wahhaj was found with a loaded AR-15 rifle, four pistols and 150 rounds of ammunition
  • He is the son of a famous imam who belongs to a mosque in Brooklyn, New York

Searchers have found the remains of a boy on the property where authorities raided a makeshift compound last week in search of a missing Georgia child.

Taos County Sheriff Jerry Hogrefe said Tuesday that the remains were found after a search and authorities are awaiting a positive identification of the remains, which were discovered Monday.

Authorities say the search for Abdul-ghani, known as AG, from Georgia, led them Friday to the squalid compound where they found his father, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, four other adults and 11 children living in filthy conditions.

All five adults, two men and three sisters, are facing child abuse charges.

The father is accused of leaving Georgia in December with his then 3-year-old son.

The New Mexico landowner has also revealed that for months, he and his wife had been trying in vain to convince local officials to evict the group of people from his desert property where deputies rescued the starving children last week.

Jason Badger said Tuesday that he had concerns about the makeshift compound near the Colorado border.

But he says the courts and other authorities shot down his attempts to break up the encampment - described as a trailer buried in the ground.

Court records show a judge dismissed an eviction notice filed by Badger against Lucas Morton in June. The records didn't provide further details on...
