The 90 Miles Mystery Box: Episode #679

You have come across a mystery box. But what is inside?
It could be literally anything from the serene to the horrific,
from the beautiful to the repugnant,
from the mysterious to the familiar.

If you decide to open it, you could be disappointed,
you could be inspired, you could be appalled.

This is not for the faint of heart or the easily offended.
You have been warned.

2016: Kamala Harris Confirmed That She Was Running To Be First Indian Senator

Democrat presidential candidate Kamala Harris previously confirmed that she was running to be the first “Indian” United States senator, despite the former prosecutor’s efforts to portray herself as a champion of African-Americans.

Harris made the confirmation in an interview with the “South Asian” television network Diya TV at the 2016 Democratic National Convention. (READ: Here Are The Slaves Harris’ Ancestor Owned In Jamaica).

“Knock wood,” Harris said when the reporter raised the prospect of Harris becoming the first Indian senator.

Harris’ comments were flagged by Christian Lamar.

REPORT: Acosta Was Told Epstein ‘Belonged To Intelligence’ So ‘Leave It Alone’

Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta, a former Miami prosecutor, reportedly cut Jeffrey Epstein a deal in Epstein’s previous case because he was told that Epstein “belonged to intelligence.” Epstein now stands criminally accused of child sex trafficking.

The Daily Beast reports: “Is the Epstein case going to cause a problem [for confirmation hearings]?” Acosta had been asked. Acosta had explained, breezily, apparently, that back in the day he’d had just one meeting on the Epstein case. He’d cut the non-prosecution deal with one of Epstein’s attorneys because he had “been told” to back off, that Epstein was above his pay grade. “I was told Epstein ‘belonged to intelligence’ and to leave it alone,” he told his interviewers in the Trump transition, who evidently thought that was a sufficient answer and went ahead and hired Acosta. (The Labor Department had no comment when asked about this.)”

Interesting.

Former Democrat president Bill Clinton declined to be accompanied by the Secret Service on at least 5 of his flights with accused child trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Clinton took at least 26 trips with Epstein according to FAA flight logs, and is now fighting to assert that he was not involved with Epstein’s pedophilia.

Malia Zimmerman reported in 2016: “Official flight logs filed with the Federal Aviation Administration show Clinton traveled on some of the trips with as many as 10 U.S. Secret Service agents. However, on a five-leg Asia trip between May 22 and May 25, 2002, not a single Secret Service agent is listed. The U.S. Secret Service has declined to answer multiple Freedom of Information Act requests filed by...

French Court Awards Compensation to Paris Massacre Terrorist

His privacy rights were violated.

The only surviving terrorist from the Paris massacre was awarded €500 euros after the French judicial system ruled that his privacy rights had been violated.

Yes, really.

Salah Abdeslam provided logistical support for the Paris massacre terrorists, helping them manufacture explosives and driving them to their targets. The attack claimed the lives of 130 people and 368 others were injured.

The Belgian was placed under 24/7 surveillance after he arrived at Fleury-Mérogis maximum security prison in April 2016. However, Abdeslam’s lawyer Frank Berton challenged that this violated his client’s right to privacy and the Administrative Court of Versailles later ruled in his favor, awarding the terrorist €500 euros.

“We are run by a system that has become totally crazy, justifying by the rule of law the worst ignominies against the law and against the state,” said the National Rally party’s Jean Messiha.

Meanwhile, a similar situation occurred in the UK, where the widow of the London Bridge terror attack ringleader was granted legal aid whereas the victims of her jihadist husband were not.

One of the heroes of that attack...
