President Donald Trump celebrated Dan Bishop’s apparent victory Tuesday in the special election in the Ninth Congressional district of North Carolina.
“Big Rally last night. Now it looks like he is going to win,” Trump wrote on Twitter, referring to Monday night’s rally in Fayetteville, North Carolina with Bishop.
Bishop was declared the winner of the race with 50.8 percent of the vote to Democrat Dan McCready’s 48.6 percent, with 99 percent of the vote reporting.
The president said that Bishop asked him for help, after polls three weeks ago showed him down 17 points. It is unclear what poll the president was referring to, as most polls of the race showed either candidate with a single-digit percentage lead.
“We changed his strategy together, and he ran a great race,” Trump wrote.
Bishop embraced the president and his agenda during his campaign, which Democrats hoped would lose, setting the tone for Republican failure in 2020.
Trump also taunted the media covering the special election that was polling tighter than...

Report: Trump Set to Take Action on Big Tech Censorship
The Trump administration is reportedly about to take direct action against Big Tech giants for their censorship of conservatives and election meddling.
Last month it was reported that a Trump executive order directed at the likes of Facebook, Google, and Twitter was in the works.
According to our sources, an announcement could be right around the corner.
Facebook and Google lawyers are extremely concerned about any potential executive action but hope to hold it back until after the 2020 election when they hope Democrats would regain control of the White House and crush any investigations or new powers.
A potential end run around Big Tech’s monopoly could involve Trump targeting them for espionage for working with Communist China as well as criminal charges for flagrantly violating privacy laws.
Trump is reportedly impatient and wants action now.
In recent weeks, Trump has repeatedly drawn attention to the work of Dr. Robert Epstein, who has documented that Big Tech bias and algorithmic manipulation can shift millions of votes on election day.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton also recently met with...
8th Illegal Alien Rapist in Montgomery County Since Sanctuary Order
Oluwakayode Adebusuyi, a 26-year-old man from Nigeria, allegedly raped an intoxicated woman in her car, according to ABC 7 News. He is an illegal immigrant from Nigeria, the 8th one in Montgomery County wanted for rape or sexual assault since the police were ordered to stop helping ICE.
“On Sept. 1, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers lodged a detainer with the Montgomery County Detention Center on unlawfully present Nigerian national Oluwakayode Adewole Adebusuyi. Adebusuyi was arrested Aug. 28 on local charges, including rape,” a statement from ICE read.
This is not the first time Adebusuyi has been in trouble with the law for sexual crimes.
He was charged with a second-degree assault, a fourth-degree sex offense, and false imprisonment in August 2018, according to arrest documents obtained by ABC 7.
For some reason, the charges were dropped.
