A kangaroo court is a court that ignores recognized standards of law or justice, and often carries little or no official standing in the territory within which it resides.[1] The term may also apply to a court held by a legitimate judicial authority who intentionally disregards the court's legal or ethical obligations. The defendants in such courts are often denied access to legal representation and in some cases, proper defence and the right of appeal.

Chalupa approached the Ukrainian embassy in Washington in 2016 seeking information about Paul Manafort, then-candidate Donald Trump’s campaign manager, and about Trump’s possible ties to Russia.
Investigative reporter John Solomon reported earlier this year that Ukrainian Ambassador to the U.S. Valeriy Chaly told him that “at the time of the contacts in 2016, the embassy knew Chalupa primarily as a Ukrainian-American activist and learned only later of her ties to the DNC. He says the embassy considered her requests an inappropriate solicitation of interference in the U.S. election.”
Chalupa’s efforts to dig up dirt about Trump and Manafort were first reported in 2017 by Politico’s Kenneth Vogel, who said she “met with top officials in the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington in an effort to expose ties between Trump, top campaign aide Paul Manafort, and Russia, according to people with direct knowledge of the situation.”

House Democrats are set to hold the first public hearing involving the potential impeachment of a president since November 19, 1998.

House Democrats disingenuously exploited the anonymity provisions of whistleblower regulations to kick off their impeachment-style process aimed at President Trump. According to a few, brave, authentic journalists, there is strong circumstantial evidence suggesting that the person who filed the “whistleblower” complaint is a CIA analyst and former National Security Council staffer. But the media and the tech titans are doing their best to make sure you never hear this name. NBC, ABC AND CBS APPEAR TO HAVE RUN COVER FOR WORLD’S MOST POWERFUL RAPE RINGS
As three of America’s biggest networks, these outlets have each become embroiled in controversy in 2019 following multiple separate reports that they have played a part in covering up some of the world’s most powerful rape and pedophile rings.
The allegations range from killing entire stories outing disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, shutting down an interview detailing accusations against alleged child sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and firing an employee who might have tried to hold an outlet responsible.
First, investigative reporter Ronan Farrow came out with a book on Oct. 15 titled “Catch and Kill: Lies, Spies and a Conspiracy to Protect Predators.” The book accused NBC News of covering up Farrow’s story about the sexual assault allegations surrounding now-disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein. It is based on Farrow’s article published in The New Yorker in 2017. He was allowed to publish his story in The New Yorker while still working at NBC News, the outlet said in a previous statement.
“Catch and Kill” makes serious allegations against NBC News, detailing how Weinstein allegedly pressured the outlet into dropping a story because he knew of former NBC host Matt Lauer’s alleged sexual misconduct.
