Rand Paul Names The Whistleblower, Demands Testimony
“Eric Ciaramella needs to be pulled in”
Rand Paul demanded Wednesday that the “whistleblower” linked to Democrats’ impeachment inquiry should be pulled in for testimony, and used his actual name, becoming the first Senator to publicly do so.
Paul warned a week ago that he would release the name, and made good on the promise, saying that CIA officer Eric Ciamerella is a “person of interest” who should be brought before Congress as a “material witness” in the impeachment inquiry.
When asked by radio host Vince Coglianese “Is it your understanding, Senator, that Eric Ciaramella is the whistleblower?” Paul replied “I think Eric Ciaramella needs to be pulled in for testimony and then, I think, it will be ultimately determined at that point.”
“I think he is a person of interest in the sense that he was at the Ukraine desk when Joe Biden was there, when Hunter Biden was working for the Ukrainian oligarch. So simply for that alone, I think he’s a material witness that needs to be brought in.” Paul continued.
The Senator also noted that the whistleblower statute was not intended to “have criminal trials of people and people put before the penalty of criminal justice without being able to hear from their accusers.”
Paul warned that Adam Schiff, who refuses to even acknowledge he knows who the whistleblower is, will attempt to prevent Ciaramella from testifying.

Ukraine Aid Serhiy Shefir Reveals Lev Parnas Lied About Trump
Serhiy Shefir, the first aid to Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky, revealed that Democrat witness Lev Parnas lied about a meeting where he claimed he threatened to withhold military aid.
Parnas told the New York Times last week that he and Shefir discussed withholding $400 million in aid form Ukraine unless they investigated the Bidens. Shefir, however, doesn’t remember it that way.
Serhiy Shefir told Kyiv Post, an English language Ukrainian newspaper, that his meeting with Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman was “neither long nor informative”.
According to him, the only thing that Parnas and Fruman discussed was trying to set up a meeting between President Zelensky and Rudy, something they apparently didn’t even take seriously.
Shefir said that Fruman and Parnas told him the point of the meeting was “they want to help this country” since they are Ukrainians themselves. Shefir, however, was not convinced.“We said that we will gladly meet with him, but only officially, after the inauguration, and that there can be no meeting now.”
Serhiy Shefir also said that he didn’t really give any weight to either Lev Parnas or Igor Fruman, saying they didn’t consider them representatives of President Trump.“The meeting took place before we started at the job, and we didn’t get very deep into what their ‘help’ would be. These were general words said over a cup of tea.”
Lev Parnas has already agreed to comply with a House subpoena to participate in the public impeachment probe hearings happening now.“We didn’t perceive them as representatives of the White House. Even now, I don’t understand what their role was. It was a meeting of private citizens with a private citizen.”

The Islamic Trojan Horse
Many in the West today are grappling as to how Islam has been able to get a foothold in our society. We know of Islamists’ present-day means to get government officials to capitulate to their whims through lobbying and the mainstream media, presenting themselves as victims of the same Western society that has helped them. But how have they been able to acquire such political leverage? Apparently, there has been a willful lack of circumspection or foresightedness. Back in the 1970s, the late archbishop Marcel Lefebvre had said:
“As long as Muslims are an insignificant minority in a Christian country, they can live on friendly terms, because they accept the laws and customs of the country that receives them. But as soon as they become numerous and organize, they become aggressive and try to impose their laws, which are hostile to [Western] civilization.”
Protagonists such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar -- both supposed allies of the United States and the European Union -- have been able to forge or manipulate situations having politicians and the mainstream media to direct attention to military conflicts in the Middle East, such as Syria and Afghanistan, or by “exclusively” focusing on the Iranian regime as the principle source of terrorism. As Ayaan Hirsi Ali explained, because of the West’s obsession with terror, we have become blind to the broader threat of the dawa, (Islamic proselytizing): the ideology behind the terror attacks -- and what drives numerous Muslims to Islamize us. In other words, by leading us to believe that the threat of Islam is only in far-off distant lands, Islamists have been able to conceal their ultimate weapons of Islamization: exploitation of democracy and pluralism, immigration, and the multiplication of the progeny.
Since its foundation, islam has always been transnational as it spread across the world when the nation-state and national identity were at best inchoate and more often nonexistent. This has impelled many Muslims, regardless of their views of democracy, to utilize the democratic instruments of pluralism and freedom of expression to insert themselves into society with the goal of propagating Islam at the expense of...
