'He's lost his mind': Trey Gowdy rips Comey for FBI mismanagement
Former South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy criticized former FBI Director James Comey for how he ran the bureau.
Appearing on Fox News’s The Story with Martha MacCallum on Tuesday, Gowdy, now a Fox News contributor, was played a clip from Comey’s Sunday interview with Chris Wallace.
Comey addressed whether Attorney General William Barr had any credence in speculating that there were bad-faith actions during the investigation.
“[Barr] does not have a factual basis as the attorney general of the United States to be speculating that agents acted in bad faith. The facts just aren’t there. Full stop. That doesn’t make it any less consequential, any less important, but that’s an irresponsible statement,” Comey said.
Gowdy responded to the clip by proclaiming that Comey has “lost his mind.”
“How many of these ‘close calls’ went in favor of President Trump?” Gowdy asked. “When they changed the email, was it to help Trump or hurt him? When they put the dossier material in, was it to help Trump or hurt him? When they put the DNC-funded Fusion GPS research material, was that to help Trump or to hurt him?
“Everything that happened was done to hurt Donald Trump. Look, this is the same Jim Comey who thought it was nonsense that we were looking into it, now he’s had a mea culpa,” Gowdy added.

FISA Chief Judge Blasts FBI for Submitting Intentionally False Info on Carter Page
The chief judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court issued a strong rebuke of the FBI’s handling of Carter Page’s surveillance application process and has given the bureau a January 10 deadline to come up with solutions, according to Fox News.
The rare public order from presiding judge Rosemary M. Collyer states, “This order responds to reports that personnel of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) provided false information to the National Security Division (NSD) of the Department of Justice, and withheld material information from NSD which was detrimental to the FBI’s case, in connection with four applications to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) for authority to conduct electronic surveillance of a U. S. citizen named Carter W. Page,” Collyer wrote.
The order continues, “The FBI’s handling of the Carter Page applications, as portrayed in the [Office of Inspector General] report, was antithetical to the heightened duty of candor described above. The frequency with which representations made by FBI personnel turned out to be unsupported or contradicted by information in their possession, and with which they withheld information detrimental to their case, calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable.”
The special order comes days after the release of Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report which uncovered 17 “significant errors or omissions” in the FBI’s FISA applications for...
Migrant sneaks into Swiss home to rape owner
A migrant entered a single woman's apartment on the night of Sunday to Monday. He tried to assault her sexually. The events took place in Holderbank, in the canton of Aargau, Switzerland.
HOLDERBANK-While she was sleeping peacefully in her bed, a woman woke up to realize with fright that her nightmare was very real. When she opened her eyes, she saw that a man was lying on her, his hands pressed against her nose and mouth and he was trying to rape her.
In shock, the victim nevertheless managed to free herself from the hands of her attacker. She ran from left her apartment to ring the doorbell at a neighbour’s house. Her attacker chased after her and the man gave her a violent blow to the face, breaking her nose in passing, before fleeing into the night.
The victim took refuge in the house of her neighbor, and she contacted the police at around 3:00 am.
Several officers were dispatched to the scene, where they tracked down the alleged assailant, hiding in a bush. He is a 28-year-old Algerian asylum seeker, who, according to the first elements of the investigation, broke into his victim’s house, who was alone at the time of the facts.
He had opened the door which was not locked. He was probably under the influence of...
Latvian government says it flagged ‘suspicious’ Hunter Biden payments in 2016
As the U.S. presidential race began roaring to life in 2016, authorities in the former Soviet republic of Latvia flagged a series of “ suspicious” financial transactions to Hunter Biden and other colleagues at a Ukrainian natural gas company and sought Kiev’s help investigating, according to documents and interviews.
The Feb. 18, 2016 alert to Ukraine came from the Latvian prosecutorial agency responsible for investigating money laundering, and it specifically questioned whether Vice President Joe Biden’s younger son and three other officials at Burisma Holdings were the potential beneficiaries of suspect funds.
“The Office for Prevention of Laundering of Proceeds Derived from Criminal Activity … is currently investigating suspicious activity of Burisma Holdings Limited,” the Latvian agency also known as the FIU wrote Ukraine’s financial authorities.
The memo was released to me by the Ukrainian General Prosecutor’s Office and confirmed by the Latvian embassy to the United States.
Latvian authorities said they did not get any incriminating information back from Ukraine to warrant further investigation and did not take additional action in 2016.
But the memo adds to the mounting evidence that there was ongoing investigative activity surrounding Burisma Holdings and Hunter Biden’s compensation as a board member in the weeks just before Joe Biden forced the firing of the Ukraine prosecutor overseeing the Burisma investigation in...
9 Christians Murdered in Kenya for Refusing to Recite Islamic Creed
At least nine Christians were recently murdered in Kenya for not reciting the Islamic statement of faith, the Shahada.
International Christian Concern (ICC) in an exclusive report said the attack occurred earlier this month when nine Christians who were traveling by bus to Mandera were separated from the other passengers and killed in northeast Kenya. When they would not recite the Islamic creed, the Shahada, they were "paraded out of the bus and shot dead at close range by those believed to be Al-Shabaab militants."
Two passengers are still missing. Local authorities believe they were also killed by the militants.
The names of those confirmed as killed are Athanus Kiti, Enos Odhiambo, Kelvin Mandela, Wisely Meli, Tikane Kasale, Leonard Mukanda, Francis Mbuvi, Rodgers Machuka, and Anchari Okerosi. The two still missing are Emmanuel Barasa and Nathan Bett, according to the ICC.
One rider attributed his survival to a Muslim passenger who tossed him some Somali clothes to put on when the bus was first hijacked. From the look of the clothes, the hijackers assumed he was a Muslim. In August, a group of concerned Muslims thwarted an al-Shabaab terrorist attack on Christian workers at a hospital construction site by warning the Christians to flee, and lives were saved.
"We are deeply saddened to hear of the murders of Kenyan Christians simply going about their day," said Dede Laugesen, executive director of Save the Persecuted Christians. "Muslims must speak out on these seemingly endless, senseless killings of innocent people holding different beliefs than theirs. Freedom of religion or belief is a...

Sweden: Migrant Gang Beat, Urinate on Teenager
The clip shows the boy being laughed at, insulted and beaten as the mob discusses taking money off him.
“Let me piss on him,” states one of the migrants before ordering the boy to open his mouth and urinating in his mouth.
“Remember no go zones don’t exist, there are no issues arising from immigration, multiculturalism is a strength & we now have a safer & more united society after 2 decades of open borders. This is unfortunately just beginning,” tweeted Henrik Palmgren alongside the video.

Despite massive problems with migrant crime, the Swedish government and authorities appear to be more intent on prosecuting those who complain about it.
Numerous Swedes have been hit with hate crimes charged for complaining about mass migration on social media.
As we have previously highlighted, surveys show that migrants are vastly overrepresented in violent crime and rapes in Sweden, but the government stopped gathering official statistics back in 2005.
This was long before the problem was exacerbated by the arrival of over 150,000 new “refugees” mainly from Islamic countries from 2015 onwards.
Grenade attacks and deadly shootings in Sweden – concerns over which were once derided as a “conspiracy theory” by the media – now represent a “national emergency” according to...

Network BLACKOUT: Top FISA Judge Accuses FBI Lawyer of Criminal Act
A complete and total blackout. That was how ABC, CBS, and NBC reacted on their Tuesday evening newscasts when the top Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court judge, Rosemary M. Collyer blasted the FBI for misleading the court when seeking surveillance warrants for a former Trump campaign staffer. The order was damning, accusing an FBI lawyer of a criminal act in intentionally lying to the court. It added that the court’s confidence in the FBI’s evidence was so shaken they needed extra oversight for all cases.
Judge Collyer penned the four-page order declaring: “When FBI personnel mislead NSD [National Security Division] in the ways described above, they equally mislead the FISC.” Much of the order explained the application process for obtaining FISA warrants and what happened in the case of Carter Page; in order for the public to “appreciate the seriousness of that misconduct and its implications…”
On page three of the order, the judge accused an unnamed FBI lawyer of intentionally lying to other FBI personnel and the FISC in turn, which was a criminal act:

In addition, while the fourth electronic surveillance application for Mr. Page was being prepared, an attorney in the FBI's Office of General Counsel (OGC) engaged in conduct that apparently was intended to mislead the FBI agent who ultimately swore to the facts in that application about whether Mr. Page had been a source of another government agency. She added that the FISC couldn’t trust anything the FBI told them anymore:
