Is This A Hate Crime?
My YouTube Channel:
Police in New York City are searching for a suspect who beat a 66-year-old man with a bottle last weekend.
The random attack occurred on Aug. 23 in the middle of the streets in broad daylight at West 129th Street and Convent Avenue, according to police. Surveillance video released by police shows the suspect running behind the victim with a bottle in his hand. Police say the suspect then hit the 66-year-old in the back of his head, causing him to fall to the ground.
The suspect then struck the victim several more times before running away, according to the NYPD. The victim suffered pain, swelling and scratches to his head and face.

Our Dishonest, leftist media Has Lost Control Of The Narrative...
Black Lives Matter Has Fallen Out Of Favor, They Now Call Them "Racial Justice Protesters", Who Could Be Against "Racial Justice?" They Use Language As A Deceitful Weapon.
Because They Have Lost The Narrative, And The Polls Are Informing Them, They Are Beginning To Speak Out Against The Violent Rioters, So It Wull Be leftist Democrat Vs. Leftist Democrat. What A Klown Show.
Poll: Trump Now Leads Nationwide, Following Party Conventions, Riots
President has seven-point lead in key battleground states
President Trump’s approval has risen significantly in the past week, and means he now has a significant lead nation-wide, according to a new Democracy Institute/Sunday Express Poll.
The survey indicates that Trump now has a three-point lead in the national popular vote, and has forged ahead to a seven-point lead in key battleground states.
Trump leads by 48% to Joe Biden’s 45% nationally, which equates to a one point jump since the beginning of the month.
The seven point lead Trump now commands in states such as Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, according to the poll, is a two point bump on a month ago.
The poll was conducted on Friday August 29, the day after the RNC ended.
The poll also shows that Trump’s support among black and hispanic voters has increased to 19% of black votes, 11 points higher than in 2016, and 39% of hispanic votes, 10 points higher than in 2016.
The poll also projects that Trump will score a higher electoral college margin over his opponent than in 2016, by winning in Minnesota and New Hampshire.
The poll numbers also indicate that Trump will win the electoral college vote in Wisconsin.
“Wisconsin is the last of the swing rust belt states to reach a tipping point on law and order,” Democracy Institute Polling Director Patrick Basham told Breitbart News.
Biden and the Democrats’ belated addressing of the rioting, attempting to blame it on Trump, appears to have come too late, particularly in Wisconsin, where lifelong Democrats say they’re either not voting or...
Amid Riots Ripping The Country, NPR Promotes Book ‘In Defense Of Looting’
'One thing about looting is it freaks people out. But in terms of potential crimes that people can commit against the state, it's basically nonviolent.' Tell that to Kenosha, Chicago, and Minneapolis.
Vicky Osterweil’s new book, “In Defense of Looting,” “makes the case that looting isn’t a betrayal of protests for Black lives, but a vital aspect of the movement,” writes Claire Fallon in the Huffington Post. Fallon approvingly connected Osterweil’s defense of looting directly to rioting in Wisconsin last week that led to two dead and millions of dollars in damages against innocent bystanders who saw their life’s work go up in smoke.
National Public Radio also decided to feature Osterweil Thursday on its podcast “Code Switch,” for which the tag line is “Race. In your face,” under the banner “America reckons with racial injustice.” The interview openly makes the case that the existence of racial injustice in history justifies violent crime.
NPR assistant editor Natalie Escobar, a graduate of the nation’s top-rated journalism school at Northwestern University and who previously worked at The Atlantic, uses her publicly funded job and platform to interview Osterweil about his new book. It is expanded from a 2014 essay with the same name issued in the wake of the Michael Brown riots in Ferguson, Mo., which also included looting.
Osterweil is a transgender male who calls himself a “writer, editor, and agitator.” His Twitter handle is Vicky_ACAB. ACAB means “all cops are b-stards.” The acronym has been spray-painted on buildings in Kenosha and numerous other riot-torn American cities this summer in the name of Black Lives Matter. Osterweil has written for The Nation, an openly Jacobin publication, and Al Jazeera America, according to his Barnes and Noble bio.
“In the past months of demonstrations for Black lives, there has been a lot of hand-wringing about looting,” Escobar opens the introduction to their interview. Since the looting-accompanied rioting has ruined myriad innocent, largely working-class and minority Americans‘ businesses and lives, yes, I’d say there has been “a lot of hand-wringing about looting.”
Escobar wants to turn that into hand-waving. Osterweil “argues that looting is a powerful tool to bring about real, lasting change in society,” Escobar writes. “The rioters who smash windows and take items from stores, she says, are engaging in a powerful tactic that questions the justice of ‘law and order,’ and the distribution of property and wealth in an unequal society.”
Looting is wealth redistribution. Good to know.
Another thing Osterweil says is that Democrat public officials’ and the media’s constant attempts this summer to distinguish the rioters from “peaceful protesters” is a lie and a ruse: “Another trope that’s very common is that looters and rioters are not part of the protest, and they’re not part of the movement. That has to do with the history of protesters trying to appear respectable and politically legible as a movement, and not wanting to be too frightening or threatening….the history of the movement for liberation in America is full of looters and rioters. They’ve always been a part of our...
De Blasio's NYC: ‘Heinous:' Man Arrested in Broad Daylight Rape Attempt on NYC Subway Platform
Detectives arrested the man they say was behind an assault and attempted rape on a subway platform in the middle of the day
- Detectives arrested a man allegedly behind an assault and attempted rape on a subway platform Saturday at 11 a.m.
- Chief of Detectives Rodney Harrison announced the arrest of Jose Reyes Sunday afternoon, the man police says was behind the "random attack"
- The NYPD is crediting the work of a good Samaritan who recorded the incident and three others for calling in tips to Crime Stoppers
Police released a disturbing video of a "random attack" committed by an alleged attempted rapist they say occurred in broad daylight on a Manhattan subway platform.
The attack happened around 11 a.m. Saturday at the Lexington Av-63 Street Subway Station, according to the NYPD. By Sunday afternoon, Chief of Detectives Rodney Harrison announced the suspect's arrest in East Harlem.
Police allege Jose Reyes exited the same train as the victim at the aforementioned stop Saturday morning. It was there they say he grabbed the victim from behind, then threw her down and got on top of her.
"This heinous and horrendous act was interrupted by a good Samaritan who observed and got him to cease his behavior while subsequently videotaping the incident," Harrison detailed.
Investigators say it was the action of recording the suspect's assault that prompted him to flee the platform. Police credit the help of the good Samaritan as well as...
