Massive terrorist attack by Muslims shakes Austrian capital Vienna
Federal Chancellor Sebastian Kurz (ÖVP) condemned the terrible events on Monday evening in downtown Vienna as a “disgusting terrorist attack” that was “very professionally prepared”.
Vienna police confirmed in a tweet that a mass attack was being carried out across the city. After news of the attack broke, the government of Czechia, a country bordering Austria, announced that it was initiating controls at its borders.
“This is the most difficult day for Austria in many years,” said Interior Minister Karl Nehammer (ÖVP) at a press conference in the wake of the terrorist attack in the capital of Austria, Vienna. “We have several injured, several dead, and the special forces have succeeded in eliminating a heavily armed terrorist,” said the minister.
Nehammer once again appealed to the Viennese in particular to stay at home. Given the situation, Vienna mayor Michael Ludwig agreed to suspend compulsory schooling on Tuesday.
Ludwig said 15 people were injured including 7 in a serious condition. According to the latest information, at least four civilians were killed and one perpetrator was shot. According to Austrian Interior Minister, quoted by Austrian media Der Standard, several “heavily armed and dangerous” attackers were currently on the run.
The large-scale deployment of security forces continued into the night. Some 150 Cobra and 100 WEGA officers were deployed, plus several hundred patrolmen and plainclothes officers. The general director for public security, Franz Ruf, said that security would be ensured.
The assassin who was shot was an ISIS terrorist, according to Nehammer. The man carried a dummy explosives belt and was armed with an automatic assault rifle, a pistol and a machete. Nothing was announced about the origin of the terrorist for “tactical reasons”. Police President Gerhard Pürstl refused to provide any information, but initially announced that there were three fatalities (two men, one woman). The woman is said to be a waitress who was shot while she was working.

In an interview with Axios, the firm’s CEO insisted that despite President Trump likely winning an “incredible victory” with the Electoral College on election night, “when every legitimate vote is tallied and we get to that final day, which will be someday after Election Day, it will in fact show that what happened on election night was exactly that, a mirage.”
In other words, President Trump will win the election on November 3rd, but mail-in ballots will continue to trickle in over the following days that will reverse the result to reveal a victory for Joe Biden.
And Hawkfish’s November 1st report entitled “Red Mirage Update” divulges how the Democratic National Committee-funded firm plans on weaponizing social media to mainstream their narratives about election night.
One of the six slides from the “Content For Election Week” portion of the 28-page report insists that its content creators deploy humor, for it “can soften the attack, making it more effective.”
The following page reveals Hawkfish numbers suggesting an ad featuring a football player slamming a football into the ground with the text “Americans know…” accompanied by a picture of baby with the text “TOO SOON!” The firm alleges the ad shifted people from three to 11 percentage points on believing it would, overall, take election results longer to be returned in 2020 than usual.
The following four slides reveal mock content aimed at cautioning against “celebrating early” and encouraging patience in voters. Content aimed at delaying Americans’ expectations for election results:

Several leaked documents and Zoom call recordings described a loose but coordinated network of activists seeking to mobilize around the country, especially if President Trump wins reelection or if the election results are contested. The materials purportedly showed plans to shut down federal buildings, including the White House, and to meet members of Congress at public transportation portals when they’re scheduled to reconvene in Washington after the election.
The apparent goal: to continue the civil unrest from Election Day until at least later this week -- and potentially until the presidential inauguration in January.
Fox News could not independently confirm the legitimacy of the recordings and documents with local and federal law enforcement. DC Metro Police Department did not immediately return a Fox News request for comment.
Responding to Fox News, the FBI said its standard practice is to neither confirm nor deny an investigation. The agency did say it has been working well in advance of Nov. 3 with federal, state and local partners to “gather and analyze intelligence to determine whether individuals might be motivated to take violent action for any reason.”
FBI headquarters is focusing on providing a “centralized location for assessing election-related threats, tracking status reports and significant complaints from FBI field offices, monitoring for indicators of a coordinated nationwide effort to disrupt the election process, providing guidance to FBI field offices, and coordinating an FBI response to any election-related incident.”
FBI field offices are standing up election command posts to coordinate with headquarters and local and state partners to streamline communication and ensure the safety of elections and the public, the agency said in a statement.

Trump Signs Executive Order For ‘1776 Commission’
President seeks to counter “toxic propaganda” infiltrating US education
President Trump signed an executive order Monday that will establish his much touted “1776 Commission”, which he vows will counter “toxic propaganda” infiltrating the teaching of American history in schools.
Trump announced the EO on Twitter:
An accompanying press release noted that the commission “will work to improve understanding of the history and the principles of the founding of the United States among our Nation’s rising generations.”
“We will state the truth in full, without apology: We declare that the United States of America is the most just and exceptional Nation ever to exist on Earth,” Trump was quoted as saying in the release.
The EO states that “Despite the virtues and accomplishments of this Nation, many students are now taught in school to hate their own country, and to believe that the men and women who built it were not heroes, but rather villains.”
“This radicalized view of American history lacks perspective, obscures virtues, twists motives, ignores or distorts facts, and magnifies flaws, resulting in the truth being concealed and history disfigured,” the order emphasises.
Trump has previously declared that the initiative is a direct counter to the so called “1619 Project”, pushed by the New York Times, which holds at its core that America was built on the back of slavery.
The President has labelled it a “crusade against American history,” and called the project “toxic propaganda, ideological poison that, if not removed, will dissolve the civic bonds that tie us together” and “destroy our country.”
Trump’s 1776 Commission will now be established within 120 days by the Secretary of Education, and will include up to 20 members “appointed by the president.”

Why Safeguarding Our Elections Matters...
In the American Revolution, people gave up their lives to secure our system of government. During the women’s suffrage movement, some protested and risked it all so women could participate in elections. And during the civil rights movement, some endured violence and prosecution to secure the right to vote.
Americans throughout history have made tremendous sacrifices to safeguard our democratic republic—and with it, the right to vote. We cannot disregard their sacrifice or squander their precious gift to us.
Today, the threat to our voting system is election fraud. This is a very real issue, as recognized by the Supreme Court. Every instance of fraud undermines the efforts so many Americans have made to earn their right to vote.
Steps must be taken to combat fraud and other weaknesses in our electoral system that could result in stolen votes and elections.
Nobody knows for sure how much election fraud actually is committed. But it is beyond dispute that American elections are vulnerable to fraud and administrative errors that could make the difference in a close election—especially in state and local elections, and even federal elections. Example: the 9th Congressional District race in North Carolina that was overturned in 2018 due to absentee ballot fraud and illegal vote harvesting.
Election Fraud Denial Also a Serious Threat
Despite the threat that fraud poses to our democratic republic, the left consistently denies the existence of election fraud. Even after being presented with case after case after case of evidence, those on the left often dismiss the problem as “not widespread” enough to warrant action.
How “widespread” does it have to be before it should be taken seriously? I doubt the voters of the 9th Congressional District share that attitude, or the voters of Paterson, New Jersey, where a new municipal election recently was ordered due to absentee ballot fraud that tainted the results.
To say that “widespread” is the only criteria worth considering is absurd.
