The 'Drug Trafficker, Pimp, and Rapist Relief Act'
Hidden within President Biden's amnesty bill is a "sleeper" provision that grants amnesty to criminal aliens — or at least makes them eligible to seek it. The fact is, the difference is not that great, as I will explain. You could call it the "Drug Trafficker, Pimp, and Rapist Relief Act" (and include murderers, child sex offenders, and those who convicted of slavery, too).
You have to get down to section 1204, at p. 73, to find the provision, euphemistically named "Restoring Fairness to Adjudications". Sounds reasonable. Until you read it.
That section would add new waivers to sections 212(c) and 237(a)(8) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Let me give you some history to better explain how breathtakingly lenient those provisions are.
History of Section 212(c) of the INA
There had been a waiver in section 212(c) of the INA since 1952, but that was removed in 1996 by Congress in the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA). Why was section 212(c) removed by IIRIRA?
Because it provided relief to some pretty unsavory criminal aliens. Here's how that provision read, from 1952 to 1990:
Aliens lawfully admitted for permanent residence who temporarily proceeded abroad voluntarily and not under an order of deportation, and who are returning to a lawful unrelinquished domicile of seven consecutive years, may be admitted in the discretion of the Attorney General without regard to [their excludability under section 212(a) of the INA].I will stop right there to explain what that means. The old 212(c) waiver was originally only available to aliens with green cards, and only then if they had been living in the United States for seven years. And it was originally meant to grant them a waiver if they were returning from abroad.
In 1976, however, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) held that it also applied to green card holders who had not left the United States, finding on due process and equal protection grounds that it was not fair to treat returning immigrants differently. That made section 212(c) waivers a form of relief from deportation.
In 2001, the Supreme Court held that: "The extension of § 212(c) relief to the deportation context has had great practical importance, because deportable offenses have historically been defined broadly." In other words, if you were a lawful permanent resident criminal who had not left the United States, until 1976, you were likely to be deported (because that is what Congress wanted).
And it was granted pretty liberally: Between 1989 and 1995, more than 10,000 aliens were granted 212(c) relief, many if not most because those green-card holders were deportable on criminal grounds. One immigration judge (IJ) before whom I appeared told me that she would usually grant it to an alien at least...

American President Joe Biden’s National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan emailed then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that Al-Qaeda was “on our side” during the Obama administration.
The email was released by WikiLeaks during the escalation of the Syrian Civil War when Jake Sullivan was Director of Policy Planning in the Obama White House.
Now the National Security Adviser to President Biden, Sullivan revealed that Al-Qaeda was “on our side” in Syria.

Former President Trump had a busy day Sunday, first closing out the annual CPAC gathering in Orlando, Fla., where he offered a very forward looking message on the future of the Republican Party, and then doing a phone-in interview later in the evening on Fox News.
It was toward the end of that interview on “The Next Revolution With Steve Hilton,” that Trump spoke about the storming of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. for the first time, putting to rest some rumors — see fake news — about his actions.
Host Steve Hilton said the media reported that Trump was watching events unfold and liked what he was seeing “because you felt that it was your people fighting for you.”
“Do you get how bad it was? And is there anything, looking back on it now, that you would have done differently that day?” the Fox News host asked.
“Well, that’s incorrect reporting,” the former president replied. “First of all, I wasn’t watching TV. I turned it on later on when I heard about it and did a lot of moves.”
Trump said “we” talked to the “top person” at the Department of Defense about the expected crowd size “days before we had the rally.”
“I requested, I said, ‘Look, this rally is going to be bigger than anyone thinks’ … and it was, I think, the largest crowd that I’ve ever spoken before … and I said that I think you should have 10,000 — I think I gave the number, I definitely gave the number of 10,000 National Guardsmen — I think you should have 10,000 of the National Guard ready,” he said.
“They took that number, from what I understand, they gave it to the people at the Capitol, which is controlled by Pelosi,” Trump continued. “And I heard they rejected it because they didn’t think it would look good. So, you know, that was a big mistake.”
Not exactly the actions you would expect from someone who was allegedly trying to incite an insurrection.
Perhaps, this explains why Democratic impeachment managers suddenly backed off on calling witnesses during Trump’s Senate impeachment trial — it was reported at the time that his defense team planned to call Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Cartoon Network’s ‘Anti-Racist’ PSA Tells Americans to ‘See Color’
In the woke revolution, even cartoons are being employed to ensure the indoctrination doesn’t miss anyone.
Two of the elements of the so-called “anti-racist” agenda are forcing Americans to abandon notions of colorblindness and to redefine their relations with others based on race.
You must see color to defeat white supremacy, so the self-described anti-racists say.
That message came through a YouTube public service announcement aired by TV’s Cartoon Network, which features a white child, a black child, and a purple alien.
The characters begin the video dancing in a circle and celebrating “colorblindness.” Suddenly, the alien, named Amethyst, has a change of heart and says that it actually matters what color a person—or alien—is.
“I think it kind of does matter that I’m purple. I mean, I’m purple because I’m literally an alien,” Amethyst says.
“Well, I’m not an alien, but it definitely matters to me that I’m black,” the black girl says in response.
“I think people like the black, white, or purple thing, because adding a fantasy race in there helps distract from the actual racism black people have to deal with,” the white girl says.
“My experience with anti-black racism is really specific,” the black character concludes. “Other people of color experience other forms of racism, too. But you won’t see any of that if you ‘don’t see color.’”
The alien then says that colorblindness could be employed just to avoid talking about racism.
The written message attached to the Cartoon Network’s YouTube channel was this:
It’s important to SEE people in all their beautiful COLORS. When you see color and the unique experiences that come from it, you can recognize the role racism plays in our culture AND appreciate everyone and their diversity.
That message runs alongside a larger campaign to redefine racism, to inject critical race theory into every aspect of American life, and to essentially rewrite America’s past and future.
The Cartoon Network PSA is just a small part of the rapid and poisonous transformation being foisted upon the American people.
The message of the Cartoon Network video could have been taken straight out of the writings of Ibram X. Kendi, who is now working an anti-racist children’s books.
As I’ve previously highlighted in my analysis of Kendi’s work and that of his fellow ideological travelers, the anti-racist creed ultimately sounds a lot like racism.

Biden senior adviser says White House will start acting on reparations ‘now’
The White House is “going to start acting now” to address reparations to African Americans, a White House senior adviser said in a new interview, as Congress debates forming a commission to study how the policy could be implemented.
Speaking to “Axios on HBO” in an interview set to air Monday, White House senior adviser Cedric Richmond discussed efforts targeted to helping minority communities.
While the administration may back the study, Richmond added that they were not waiting on Congress.
“We don’t want to wait on a study. We’re going to start acting now,” he told the outlet.
“We have to start breaking down systemic racism and barriers that have held people of color back and especially African Americans,” Richmond told the outlet. “[W]e have to do stuff now.”
“If you start talking about free college tuition to [Historically Black Colleges and Universities] and you start talking about free community college in Title I and all of those things, I think that you are well on your way,” he continued, noting that a timeline for Congress’ commission was not known.
