Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.

IT BEGINS: BIDEN REGIME THREATENS MISSOURI AFTER STATE PASSES LAW PROTECTING THE SECOND AMENDMENT
The war over the future of our country may actually begin right smack dab in the middle of it.
In Missouri.
Always known as a hard-tack place where good, down-to-earth folk live (and, generally, let live — with the exception of St. Louis and Kansas City), Missourians don’t really bother people too much.
But the courtesy goes both ways: Folks shouldn’t bother them, either.
And yet, the Biden regime wants to bother Missourians. And the rest of the country too — with new gun control laws.
We already see them coming.
In Missouri, though, GOP lawmakers and Gov. Mike Parsons are heading Biden’s gun controllers off at the pass.
They’ve passed a new law that tells the Biden regime where they can do if they believe they’re going to enforce new, unconstitutional gun control laws in the Show-Me State.
Trending Politics reports:
Once again, a Democratic regime is cherry-picking states to force into compliance with the U.S. Constitution while holding aloft the founding document's 'Supremacy Clause.'
Per Civics 101, the clause stems from Article VI, Paragraph 2, which 'establishes that the federal constitution, and federal law generally, take precedence over state laws, and even state constitutions,' Cornell Law School notes in its online 'splainer.
'It prohibits states from interfering with the federal government's exercise of its constitutional powers, and from assuming any functions that are exclusively entrusted to the federal government,' the 'splainer notes further.
This is relevant again because the Biden regime has its dander up over a new measure signed into law on Thursday by Missouri Republican Gov. Mike Parsons. Called the 'Second Amendment Preservation Act,' the measure prevents local police in the Show-Me State from assisting federal agents in enforcing federal firearms laws.
'The Second Amendment Preservation Act is about protecting law-abiding Missourians against government overreach and unconstitutional federal mandates,' Parsons wrote in a letter to the Justice Department.
'We will reject any attempt by the federal government to circumvent the fundamental right Missourians have to keep and bear arms to protect themselves and their property. Throughout my career, I have always stood for the Constitution and our Second Amendment rights, and that will not change today or any day,' he added.
This doesn’t make the regime happy, Fox News adds:
In a letter sent Wednesday night and obtained by The Associated Press, Justice officials said the U.S. Constitution's Supremacy Clause outweighs the measure that Parson signed into law Saturday. The new rules penalize local police departments if their officers enforce federal gun laws.
Boynton said the law threatens to disrupt the...
Antifa, Proud Boys Clash In Riot At Park Outside Portland
Members of Antifa and the Proud Boys clashed in a riot outside of Portland on Friday.
The incident began with a flag wave event, attended by local community members and individuals associated with the Proud Boys, according to KOIN 6 News. After the arrival of Antifa, this flag wave quickly devolved into violence between the two groups.
This flag burning propelled the Proud Boys and Antifa into a violent conflict. Participants in the battle utilized pepper gas, batons, flagpoles, and makeshift shields, according to KOIN 6.
Participants attend a weekly flag wave in Oregon City.
The brawl was halted upon the arrival of state and local law enforcement, according to the Portland Tribune. (RELATED: Entire Portland Police Rapid Response Team Resigns)

DeSantis challenger absolutely embarrasses herself during awkward CNN segment
Democratic Florida gubernatorial candidate Nikki Fried complained to CNN host Poppy Harlow on Friday that her “greatest weakness” in her run against Governor DeSantis (R) is his national audience.
“You know, I think my greatest weakness is the fact that right now Ron is on a platform on the national stage and so he’s getting a lot of national PR, but the greatest — but we are going to take that and turn it into a positive,” Fried tacitly whined to the CNN talking head about running against DeSantis.
Harlow embarrassingly and shockingly pointed out to Fried that she was complaining about DeSantis’ national reach while on a national platform… CNN.
“You just had about seven or eight minutes on a national platform, CNN,” Harlow told the embattled Florida commissioner of agriculture.
That surprising exchange followed Fried baselessly criticizing DeSantis’ handling of the pandemic even though COVID cases have plummeted in the state and the local economy is inarguably booming there. Employment is also doing extremely well in Florida, a fact that Harlow highlighted to Fried, informing the Democrat that the state “has a 4.8 percent unemployment rate, well below the national average” and that the state’s “per capita death rate from COVID-19 is 27th, nowhere near the highest.”
“Do you think he deserves credit for that?” Harlow asked Fried, who is no stranger to making herself the target of mockery.
Fried shot back that DeSantis doesn’t deserve any credit and accused him of taking a “hands-off approach.”
“No, I don’t think he deserves credit. He had a very laissez-faire, hands-off approach to COVID. There was a lack of transparency throughout the entire pandemic. It’s our private businesses and local governments that stepped up. Ron, the entire time, was not only not empathetic but was very confusing on the way he was leading our state,” she spouted.
Harlow surprisingly disagreed with the Florida Democrat, noting that DeSantis was “one of the quickest governors to move to lock down the nursing homes, the opposite of...
If a house gets in my way baby You know I'll burn it down...
Here I come again now baby
Like a dog in heat
You tell it's me by the clamor now, baby
I like to tear up the street
[Chorus 1: Derek St. Holmes]
Now I've been smoking for so long
You know I'm here to stay
Got you in a stranglehold baby
You best get out of the way
White House releases a ‘fascist’ document on defeating domestic terrorism (video)
We have posted several articles on figurehead Joe Biden’s national strategy to defeat so-called domestic terrorism, but it was also discussed succinctly with an assistant professor on Tucker last night. The plan is fascist and terrifying.
It is the Biden government’s second war on terror according to Glenn Greenwald who sees the January 6th riot as the false premise upon which to declare war on conservatives. The government is going after political opponents and it is a threat to democracy.
The Biden administration released the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism plan which you can read yourself below and you should listen to the professor in the clip below who read it.
Assistant Professor at Suffolk Community College and host of the PAs Report, Nicholas Giordano, studied the document and appeared on Tucker last night to outline it.
He said political appointees obviously wrote the document to push an agenda. It’s literally a manual for attacking political opponents.
It is “one of the most concerning documents” by government officials he has ever read.
The document lists three areas of concern.
The first is racism but they never define it except for white supremacy. These are the people who believe you are born racist. If you are born racist, are you born a domestic terrorist, he asks?
The document then talks about anti-authority sentiment which they seem to think is criticism of the government.
Thirdly, the report says incitement to violence is a threat and the government will decide what that is. They say questioning the election or COV restrictions could incite terrorism.
The Sentinel posted information on this link about how the plan talks of going after hate speech. And, here on this link, we talked about the government encouraging people to turn in family and friends.
Vague terms are used throughout that can mean anything, the assistant professor told Tucker.
Then, he said, the document talks about the four pillars and a partnership with Big Tech to censor and obtain private information. It talks about families and friends ratting out their family members and friends. It also pushes so-called gun violence and equity.
It is a totally fascist document.
