Black Extremist 'Shoots Daytona Cop In The Head' As DOJ, FBI Stay Laser-Focused On Jan 6 Protesters And 'White Extremists'

A black extremist who recently marched through the streets of Louisville, Tulsa and Stone Mountain armed with an AK-47 together with the militant black nationalist "Not F**king Around Coalition" stands accused of shooting a Daytona Beach police officer in the head on Wednesday night.

From Heavy.com:

Othal Wallace is a Florida man accused of shooting a police officer in Daytona Beach. Wallace is on the run, police say, and authorities have offered a $100,000 reward. Officer Jason Raynor was investigating a “suspicious incident” on June 23, 2021, when the Daytona Beach Police Department says he was shot in the head by Wallace.

The 29-year-old Wallace fled from the scene after the shooting and a “multi-agency manhunt,” was launched, police said. Wallace could be driving “a gray 2016 Honda HRV with a California tag of 7TNX532,” Daytona Beach Police said. Wallace is a member of the NFAC (the Not F****** Around Coalition), a Black militia, according to his Facebook profile, which is under the name O-Zone Wallace. He has a criminal record in Florida including domestic violence, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery on a pregnant person charges.

[...] Raynor has been an officer for three years. The Daytona Beach Police said, “Paramedics took the officer to Halifax Health Medical Center for treatment. He is now out of surgery and remains in critical condition. ... Please keep him and his family in your prayers.” Young added in a tweet, “No change in the status of my hero who was shot in the line of duty last night. He’s fighting while all of us are praying 🙏🏾 The manhunt continues for the coward responsible for this.”

Raynor has a lengthy arrest record but managed to stay out of prison and avoid any felony charges despite our so-called "white supremacist criminal justice system":
Wallace has been arrested multiple times in Volusia County, Broward County and Brevard County dating back to 2012, according to online records obtained by Heavy. His most recent arrest was in 2019. There is no indication from a records search that Wallace has ever...

Dissident Purge: Adviser Warns Pentagon ‘Counter-Extremism’ Effort Targeting ‘Constitutionally Protected Speech’

An adviser to the Pentagon’s Counter-Extremism Working Group (CEWG) is warning the Biden administration’s efforts to purge the military of “extremists” could violate individual First Amendment rights.

Mike Berry, general counsel for First Liberty Institute and Marine Corps reservist, first sounded the alarm in a recent op-ed that said the CEWG is looking to formulate a new definition of extremism that could include constitutionally protected speech. He wrote in the Washington Examiner on June 19:
Instead of monitoring external threats, the Pentagon is on a mission to identify and remove whomever it labels as extremists from America’s armed forces. Ironically, the CEWG has yet to define what it means by ‘extremism.’ Extremism is usually defined as the threat or use of violence to achieve an ideological agenda. But the Pentagon is now poised to expand upon that definition to include constitutionally protected speech. In other words, sticks and stones may break our bones, but words are the biggest threat.
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin set up the Counter-Extremism Working Group (CEWG) in April after vowing to root out extremists and ordering the entire military force to spend a day discussing “extremism.” Since there is no Pentagon definition for “extremism,” Austin tasked the CEWG, led by Bishop Garrison, to come up with a definition and to define activities that would be considered “extremist.”

Berry, who is part of an outside group of experts appointed to help the CEWG, told Breitbart News in a recent phone interview some of the things the group discussed on a recent hour-long conference call were “eyebrow raising or alarming.” He said members of the advisory group are bound by “Chatham House rules” in where they can discuss what was said on the call, but not who said it.

Berry said he asked the CEWG how it intended to define “extremism” and the answer he got was something to the effect of: “We’re still working on that, we’ll probably take the existing definition and expand it.” Berry said that response was “problematic.”

“The existing definition — which has been around for years and has developed really through a law enforcement perspective — it seems to be pretty adequate,” he said. “It sufficiently captures what needs to be captured. And if they want to expand it, they’re really going to expand it to things that have been traditionally protected by...

Corruption: Ex-FBI lawyer facing just one-year bar suspension after guilty plea for FISA deception

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel in Washington, D.C., has reached an agreement with ex-FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith that his admitted criminality does not constitute “moral turpitude” and his law license should be suspended for just one year after he received only probation for falsifying a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act document during the Trump-Russia investigation.

Clinesmith, who worked on the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server and on the FBI’s Trump-Russia inquiry, as well as special counsel Robert Mueller’s team, admitted in August 2020 that he falsified a document during the bureau’s efforts to renew FISA surveillance authority against Carter Page, a foreign policy adviser to former President Donald Trump's 2016 campaign.

Clinesmith edited a CIA email in 2017 to state Page was “not a source” for the CIA when it had told the bureau on multiple occasions Page had been an “operational contact” for the agency. He was sentenced to probation in January.

After a review of how to handle Clinesmith’s standing with the D.C. bar, disciplinary counsel and Clinesmith’s lawyers signed a petition for negotiated discipline and said they “agree that the sanction to be imposed in this matter is a one-year suspension.” The suspension would essentially apply retroactively from the month of his guilty plea last year, so his yearlong suspension would actually end in...

Texas AG: Over 500 Election Fraud Cases Still Need to Be Heard in Court

Last week, a Texas woman was arrested and charged with multiple counts of voter fraud dating back to a local 2018 election.

According to the official website of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, Monica Mendez was arrested and booked into the Victoria County Jail after a grand jury returned an indictment against her on seven counts of illegal voting, eight counts of unlawfully assisting voter voting ballot by mail, eight counts of unlawful possession of a ballot, and another eight counts of election fraud.

Naturally, Texas Republicans were all over that.

“Voter fraud is real and Texas will prosecute it whenever and wherever it happens,” Gov. Greg Abbott tweeted Saturday. “We will continue to make it easy to vote but hard to cheat. Thanks to the Texas Attorney General and all law-enforcement involved in this voter fraud case to ensure integrity in elections.”

Paxton responded with a bombshell for those still trying to prove widespread voter fraud decided the 2020 presidential election.

“We will prosecute voter fraud every time we find it,” he said. “Currently our office has over 500 cases waiting to be heard in court. Voter fraud is real. Texans deserve to know their vote is...

YouTube censors/deletes human rights videos on China’s genocide in Xinjiang

Uyghur People Demand Freedom with Flag of East Turkestan in front of the U.N.

YouTube removed several videos last week created by a human rights group featuring testimonies from people who say their families in China’s Xinjiang region have disappeared, according to a Reuters exclusive report. The platform claimed the videos violated their guidelines against “cyberbullying and harassment.”

Atajurt Kazakh Human Rights’ channel, co-founded by Xinjiang-born activist Serikzhan Bilash, has nearly 11,000 videos on YouTube attracting over 120 million views over the last four years. Thousands of the videos include individuals speaking on camera about relatives who have disappeared in the region.

According to Reuters, Bilash was told by government advisors to stop describing the situation in Xinjiang as a “genocide.”

“They’re just facts,” Bilash told the outlet in a phone interview. “The people giving the testimonies are talking about their loved ones.”

The group appealed YouTube’s decision to block their videos between April and June, and several were restored, but multiple videos are still...

Video: Spa Staff Dismiss Woman’s Complaint About Man Exposing his Penis to Little Girls in Female Area

“What sexual orientation? I see a dick.”

Staff at Wi Spa in Los Angeles dismissed a woman’s complaint that a man was exposing his penis to little girls in the women’s area by insisting that the individual had a right to be there due to his “sexual orientation.”

Yes, really.

A video clip shows the woman approaching reception staff and telling them, “I just wanna be clear with you – it’s OK for a man to go into the women’s section, show his penis around other women, young little girls underage – your spa Wi Spa condones that – is that what you’re saying?”

The staffer says the man is allowed to be there because of his “sexual orientation.”

“What sexual orientation? I see a dick, that lets me know he’s a man, he’s a man, he is not a female,” responds the woman.

“So Wi Spa is in agreement with men who just say they are a woman and they can go down there with their penis and get into the women’s section,” she added, asking if it was OK for women to go into the men’s section and expose their breasts.

Another woman then supports the individual who made the initial complaint before asking for a refund.

Another man then attempts to defend the man who exposed his penis, asking, “Are you talking about a transgender person?”

“There is no such thing as transgender – he has a dick,” the woman responds.

Another man then appears to tell her to “shut the fuck up.”

“As a woman I have a right to feel comfortable without a man exposing himself, OK?” she responds.

Other members of the spa then tell the woman to find a different spa, before the man continues to ask whether the individual in question is “a transgender person.”

As Matt Walsh highlights, the spa previously received a review from a woman who complained about a man who was in the women’s locker room with his penis exposed bragging about...
