The Great Big Delta Scare

Why the Delta scare? As a virus mutates, it becomes more contagious and less lethal. And then eventually it mostly disappears. Many voices claim that Delta will be with us for a very long time, but we should be so lucky. It’s way more likely that it will soon be followed by a next variant that will in turn become dominant. And more contagious and less lethal.

And no, that’s not because of unvaccinated people, or at least there’s no logic in that. If most people are not vaccinated, the virus has no reason to mutate. If many people are, it does. So this CNN piece is suspect. Vaccinated people are potential variant factories, just as much, if and when the vaccines used don’t stop them from being infectious, as the present vaccines don’t, far as we know.

Unvaccinated People Are “Variant Factories,” Infectious Diseases Expert:
Unvaccinated people do more than merely risk their own health. They’re also a risk to everyone if they become infected with coronavirus, infectious disease specialists say. That’s because the only source of new coronavirus variants is the body of an infected person. “Unvaccinated people are potential variant factories,” Dr. William Schaffner, a professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, told CNN Friday. “The more unvaccinated people there are, the more opportunities for the virus to multiply,” Schaffner, a professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, said. “When it does, it mutates, and it could throw off a variant mutation that is even more serious down the road.”
“Even more serious”? Well, yes, it can become more contagious, but then it loses lethality. Maybe that’s what we want. Maybe we want a virus that everyone can be infected by, and build resistance to, without serious consequences. Maybe that’s even what we should aim for. And also, maybe that’s what we already have, with survival rates of 99.99% among most people.

And maybe, just maybe, a one-dimensional “solution” in the shape of an experimental vaccine is the worst response of all. Because it doesn’t protect from anything other than more severe disease, while unleashing potential adverse effects for decades to come in the inoculated. Maybe one dimension simply doesn’t cut it. Maybe we should not refuse to prevent people from becoming infected, or to treat them in...

Military Members Say They’ll ‘Quit’ If Army Mandates COVID-19 Vaccine

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) said he was informed by some members of the U.S. military that they would quit if the armed forces mandated a COVID-19 vaccine, coming after a report claimed that Army headquarters told commanders to prepare for mandatory vaccinations in September.

“I’ve been contacted by members of our voluntary military who say they will quit if the COVID vaccine is mandated. I introduced HR 3860 to prohibit any mandatory requirement that a member of the Armed Forces receive a vaccination against COVID-19. It now has 24 sponsors,” Massie wrote on Twitter. He didn’t provide more details.

It isn’t clear how the service members could quit or how many would try to do so. Once a member reports to their first duty station, they are obligated to stay within the service of the armed forces. If a service member leaves without approval, they can be declared AWOL, or absent without leave.

The Republican lawmaker was referring to a report published by the Army Times over the weekend that detailed an executive order sent by the Department of the Army Headquarters that commands should be prepared to administer COVID-19 vaccines starting as early as Sept. 1. The date is contingent on when the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issues its full approval of the vaccines.

The Army Times reported that it had obtained the directive, HQDA EXORD 225-21, COVID-19 Steady State.

“Commanders will continue COVID-19 vaccination operations and prepare for a directive to mandate COVID-19 vaccination for service members [on or around] 01 September 2021, pending full FDA licensure. Commands will be prepared to provide a...

Attorney: AZ Sec. of State Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County Election Officials Have Known Since Nov. 3 That Election Servers Were Breached

Constitutional attorney Matt DePerno claimed on Monday that Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, and Maricopa County election officials have known since November 3 that there was a security breach into the county’s servers, and hid that information from the public.

DePerno, who filed an election lawsuit last November in Michigan on behalf of an Antrim County resident, broke the news on Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast Monday morning.

“Maricopa County and the Secretary of State of Arizona have known for quite some time—since November 3—that there was a security breach of the voter registration servers and they have hid this from the American public,” he said. “We know this because, we know voters in Arizona actually received some notification individually that some of their data had been breached, but they’ve hidden it from the rest of us.”

Hobbs, a staunch NeverTrumper who in 2017 referred to the then-president’s supporters as “neo-Nazis,” was “stripped” of her ability to “defend election lawsuits” by the state’s Republican-led House Appropriations Committee, Arizona’s ABC 15 reported in May. The duty was reportedly transferred to Republican Attorney General Mark Brnovich through the end of the 2023 fiscal year.

DePerno also told Bannon that his team has discovered that in at least three battleground states, certain anonymous individuals were allowed to access the election database and potentially change the results of the election.

“In Michigan, Georgia and Arizona—in all of them—we have found anonymous user remote access logons that would have elevated privileges in the election management system,” the lawyer claimed, going on to note that those who were given this access had the ability to change results in the database.

“It’s pretty significant that we found this in three states now. It is a pattern,” he said.

A Michigan judge in May threw out DePerno’s case alleging fraud in the 2020 election in Antrim County, stating that the plaintiff had already “either received all of the requested relief or is not entitled to the relief requested as a matter of law.”

During a court hearing on Zoom, 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsenheimer said that William Bailey, a resident of Antrim County, had received the relief he sought in February when county clerks conducted a random sample of...

TRUMP HAS TO VERBALLY BACKHAND THE MEDIA LIARS AGAIN OVER RUMORS HE AND RON DESANTIS HAD A ‘FALLOUT’

Did you know that the No. 1 and No. 2 top choices for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination now hate each other and had a huge falling out?

Well, if you read that over the past couple of days or saw some liberal butthead making the claim on a little-watched cable news outlet, don’t be alarmed.

Because it’s BS.

You may have heard that President Donald Trump held a yuuuuge rally in Sarasota, Fla., over the weekend. You may have also heard that Florida GOP Gov. Ron Desantis did not attend.

But it wasn’t because the two were scrapping. It was because DeSantis just had a disaster occur in his state and, true to form, he’s dealing with the condo collapse in Surfside instead.

What’s more, our real president understands that.

Breitbart News reports:

Former President Donald Trump quelled rumors of tension between himself and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R), telling Newsmax over the weekend they 'mutually agreed' on the governor skipping the Sarasota rally to focus his attention on the tragic condo collapse in Surfside.

'Well, we mutually agreed,' Trump said of DeSantis skipping the rally, praising the governor for working 'very hard.'

'He's doing a very good job, and he should be there. I told him. I said, 'You should stay there. This is not that important for you.' He of all people should be there,' Trump added.

Trump's remarks followed rumors of a disagreement between the two over...
