Report: Joe Biden to Withdraw David Chipman Nomination

Joe Biden reportedly plans to withdraw the nomination of David Chipman, the Gabby Giffords’ gun control associate whom the administration put forward to lead the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).

Politico reported the pending withdrawal of Chipman’s nomination, citing “three sources close to the process.”

The Washington Post reported the news about Chipman as well, citing “bipartisan pushback” against the gun controller’s nomination.

This news comes one day after Breitbart News pointed out that Chipman would need at least one Republican senator to defect to the Democrat side to secure confirmation.

Donald Trump Jr. has been among the strongest and most consistent voices against Chipman throughout the nomination/confirmation process:

For example, on July 9, 2021, Breitbart News observed Trump Jr. calling out Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Jon Tester (D-MT) for their refusal to state if they would support their constituents’ love for the Second Amendment or support Chipman’s gun control agenda. Trump Jr. made clear Manchin and Tester had to pick one or the other–the Second Amendment or Chipman; they could not choose both.

Four days later, on July 13, 2021, Trump Jr. doubled down on his efforts against Chipman by urging Democrat senators from red and purple states to oppose Chipman’s confirmation vote this week–and calling on the public to fight back as well by...

Nets Call It Quits, Done Covering Americans Held Hostage By Taliban

Out of sight, out of mind. That’s the message the broadcast networks sent Wednesday evening as ABC and CBS chose not to follow up with the over 100 Americans still trapped in Afghanistan, some even being held on airplanes on a tarmac; reminiscent of the Iranian hostage crisis. Meanwhile, these Americans President Biden abandoned were only an afterthought to NBC.

The superficial coverage on ABC’s World News Tonight ignored the pleading of trapped Americans but was very thankful that the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade was returning this year (mask and vax required, of course). On CBS Evening News, anchor and baseball fan Norah O’Donnell was psyched about the Baseball Hall of Fame inducting Derek Jeter.

Americans left behind in a terrorist-controlled Hellscape was only worth one sentence from NBC chief foreign affairs correspondent Andrea Mitchell on Nightly News. “And then there are the Americans still trapped in Afghanistan, still with no clear path to escape,” she noted at the very end of a segment on all the dangers America faces on the foreign policy front.

Where the broadcast networks couldn’t bother, Fox News Channel’s Special Report showed up in spades; rhetorically kicking down the door to get to the story.

Foreign correspondent Trey Yingst wasted no time in reporting how “charter flights from Afghanistan remain grounded” and there were “an estimated...

Whopping 70 percent of unvaccinated Americans would quit their job if vaccines are mandated

More businesses are expected to require vaccinations following FDA approval of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

A Washington Post-ABC News poll asked unvaccinated workers whose employers have yet to impose a vaccine mandate what they were likely to do if being vaccinated was required.
The poll found 16 percent of unvaccinated workers would get the shot, 35 percent would ask for a medical or religious exemption and 42 percent would quit.
Without an exemption, 18 percent said they would comply and 72 percent said they would quit.

A new poll suggests a significant share of unvaccinated Americans may be resistant to COVID-19 vaccine mandates put in place by their employer.

A Washington Post-ABC News poll asked unvaccinated workers whose employers have yet to impose a vaccine mandate what they were likely to do if getting vaccinated was required to go into the workplace.

The poll found 16 percent of unvaccinated workers would get the shot, 35 percent would ask for a medical or religious exemption and 42 percent would quit their job.

When asked what they would do if they weren’t given an exemption to opt out of the requirement, 18 percent of those surveyed said they would comply and 72 percent said...

Koch-Funded Quincy Institute Joins Communists To Demand Biden Administration Lift Sanctions on US Enemies

The US Peace Council and the International Action Center are openly supportive of totalitarian regimes

The Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft is joining a coalition of civil society groups that call for President Joe Biden to roll back sanctions against Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, and Cuba.

Forty-six organizations, including two avowedly Communist groups, on Tuesday submitted a letter to Biden that urges him to implement "significant" changes to the United States' sanctions policy. The U.S. Peace Council and International Action Center are openly supportive of Communist and totalitarian regimes.

The U.S. Peace Council has cozied up to Syrian president Bashar al-Assad and accused the U.S. government of launching coups in Ukraine and Venezuela. The International Action Center recently released a report that parrots the popular Chinese talking point that the coronavirus originated in a U.S. military lab in Maryland.

Sent in the wake of the Biden administration's withdrawal from Afghanistan, a policy long backed by the isolationist-leaning Quincy Institute, the letter demonstrates the organization's ongoing efforts to push Biden's foreign policy to the left.

"We write to urge you to complete the administration's sanctions policy review as expeditiously as possible, to make its findings public, and to implement significant and structural changes to U.S. sanctions policy," the letter reads.

The signatories offer to provide "expertise" to the Biden administration during its sanctions policy review.

"We believe we have valuable insight to share, and your administration has said it seeks such input," they write.

The letter is the Quincy Institute's first known collaboration with the U.S. Peace Council and the International Action Center, two of the harshest critics of U.S. foreign policy.

The U.S. Peace Council has been a reliable defender of America's adversaries since it launched in 1979 as an affiliate of the Soviet Union. In recent years, the group has cozied up with Assad and Nicolás Maduro, the disputed...

A True Southern Gentleman For All Eternity....

Mama told me when I was young
Come sit beside me my only son
And listen closely to what I say
And if you do this it'll help you
some sunny day. Oh Yah!

Oh take your time don't live too fast
troubles will come and they will pass
Go find a woman and you'll find love
And don't forget son there is someone up above

And be a simple kind of man
Oh be something you love and understand
Baby be a simple kind of man
Oh won't you do this for me son if you can?

Forget your lust, for the rich man's gold
All that you need is in your soul
And you can do this Oh baby if you try
All that I want for you my son is to be satisfied

Virginia Officials Will Replace Objects in Time Capsule Under Robert E. Lee Statue With Kente Cloth, LGBT Pin And BLM Sticker

Virginia officials are planning to replace objects in a time capsule stored in the base of the Robert E Lee statue that they tore down and chopped in half at the waist on Wednesday with a Kente cloth, an LGBT pin, a BLM sticker, an expired vial of Pfizer's covid shot and more.

Silicon Valley investor steps down from company's board after calling Black Lives Matter the 'true racists' who push socialism

A Silicon Valley investor was fired from the board of one of the world's largest apparels companies after she said that she didn't believe in Black Lives Matter because they were the "true racists" pushing socialism on America.

The private email containing the comments from Veronica Wu was obtained by Axios.

Wu was responding to an email in 2020 from an officer manager inquiring about whether a company would celebrate Juneteenth, the holiday celebrating when news of the Emancipation Proclamation reached Galveston, Texas. He went on to explain that it was a part of the focus on the Black Lives Matter movement.

Wu responded by saying she didn't support Black Lives Matter.

"This is where I am particularly not supportive. I have lived in the country as a minority and women [sic] for all my life. I have not experience much racism or discrimination as a minority or female. By and large, I was able to get opportunities to compete as fairly as I think," read the email.

"I truly believe this country by and large is not a racist country. Not to say there are not people who might be (there might be minority and some extremists), but it is by far not the biggest problem this country is...
