While the California recall, Nicki Minaj’s thoughts on the COVID vaccine and testicles, and General Milley’s insane rogue operation are dominating headlines, the Biden administration is quietly moving ahead with a plan that will cost many taxpayers a lot at the pharmacy.

This follows the media’s complete ignoring of Mississippi launching a lawsuit against insulin makers for actions that allegedly held insulin prices up artificially high, the media’s constant depiction of Democrats as the only party focused on drug prices even though a bunch of proposals Democrats are now pursuing actually emanated from Donald Trump, the media ignoring Sen. Charles Grassley having a lengthy history of going after pharmaceutical companies over high prices and even everyone bar CNN— for the duration of a live interview anyway— ignoring Mitt Romney saying he wanted to work with Democrats on drug pricing literally right after Election Day 2020.

Roughly 10 percent of the American public has diabetes, and a new report indicates that the country’s three major insulin makers are jacking up their profits by refusing to sell it at a discount to a bunch of community pharmacies. The federal government has already slapped the companies for doing this, said it’s unlawful, and told them to knock it off. But of course, they are litigating because according to Eli Lilly (one of the big insulin-makers), they’re earning higher revenue while their discount-denying policies remain in effect.

For the record, Lilly started cutting off the discounts in question in July 2020.

Between 1999 and 2019, the report says, insulin manufacturers increased product prices by 1200%. They also seem to have worked in tandem to hike prices in a way that seems like it might violate antitrust laws (but even if it doesn’t, was pretty ruthless for diabetes patients). A 2020 Senate Finance Committee report showed that when one company increased its insulin price, then the other two would follow suit. This pattern applied with these 340B discounted sales: According to this new report, Lilly started cutting off 340B discounts in July 2020, then AstraZeneca did the same in October 2020, and Sanofi did it in March 2021.

So, why the media silence? Largely because it’s boring. They can pursue an agenda with the fallout of the California recall. They can check off a lot of interest boxes with the Nicki Minaj story (especially since Tucker Carlson is now involved). They can continue making Ron DeSantis their chosen opponent in 2024. General Milley is captured on camera lauding the brutal, oppressive, genocidal regime.

General Mark Milley – who participated in secret phone calls with Chinese military leaders while pledging to not carry out then-President Donald Trump’s orders – revealed he “hesitates” to call China an enemy, insisting he trusts the Chinese Communist Party to be forthright with its military ambitions in remarks unearthed by The National Pulse.

Milley – who used a treasonous backchannel to inform Chinese Communist Party officials that he would alert them ahead of U.S. military actions – divulged his view of the regime while speaking at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) Land Warfare Conference in 2017.

“I would hesitate to call China an enemy. Some would say adversary. Others would say enemy. Some would say hostile. I think they are what the slide implies.”

The slide referenced by Milley reads: “The Modernisation of Land Forces to Deliver Land Power Decisively in an Era of Constant Competition.”

“They’re a competitor and the competition between the United States and China has a military dimension to it, but that is a far cry and that’s a long leap between that and enemy,” he added, before concluding, “there is a lot of time between now and any time the United States and China would become quote-on-quote an enemy where armed conflict were to be pursued.”

RUSI, an establishment British think-tank, summarized Milley’s speech by noting “China and the United States are competitors, not enemies” in a tweet from the event.

Speaking about his worldview regarding China, Milley admitted “that is a construct, though, that we use, that I use within the United States Army” at the event which he noted had Chinese Communist Party military officers in attendance.

“There’s a lot of commonality, areas of common interest.”

In addition to his rejection of the belief that the Chinese Communist Party is not an enemy of the United States, Milley also reveals he takes the regime “at their word” concerning their military ambitions:

As you’re probably aware, Fox News’ Bill Melugin does great work at the southern border and often uses drone footage to show just how much chaos President Biden and his administration have invited. On Thursday night, Melugin reported that the FAA was implementing flight restrictions over an area of Del Rio, Texas where, just coincidentally, Melugin and others have been using their drones to highlight what a mess is occurring at the border:

Melugin reported that the number of people trying to enter the U.S. “doubled in one day” from 4,000 to 8,000, and Sen. Ted Cruz is now on the ground in Del Rio with an update on the number of people waiting:

Yeah, that just might have something to do with the reason the Biden administration doesn’t want any more drone footage coming out of the area.

Video: Gulag Fencing Goes Back Up Around Capitol; Trump Warns ‘It’s a Setup’

The black prison-like fencing that was a mainstay around Capitol Hill during the first half of the year has gone back up ahead of a protest scheduled this weekend, which President Trump has warned is a “setup”.

The fencing has been re-erected in response to the “Justice for J6” rally planned for Saturday at the US Capitol building, which is focused on the 600 defendants being detained for being part of the January 6th incident.

Video of the fencing also reveals that a motion-tracking watchtower has been put into place, presumably fitted with face recognition cameras and whatever other surveillance equipment is at hand to deploy on Americans practising their right to freedom of speech.

Capitol Police have said the fencing will come down again straight away, if the protest is carried out peacefully.

A statement also noted that “The USCP has asked the Department of Defense for the ability to receive National Guard support should the need arise on September 18.”

‘I just want my life back’ says 16-year-old who developed neurological symptoms after Pfizer vaccine

Sarah Green was a healthy 16-year-old — until she developed neurological problems after getting Pfizer’s COVID vaccine. But doctors said her new tremors, tics and debilitating migraines couldn’t possibly be caused by the vaccine.

In an exclusive interview with The Defender, Sarah and her mother, Marie Green, said they feel helpless because nobody will acknowledge Sarah’s vaccine injury and “nobody can help them.”

Sarah received her second dose of Pfizer on May 4, and immediately experienced a headache at the base of her neck that radiated to her temples. She said it felt like she got “‘hit by a bus.” She took a nap in hopes she could sleep it off.

The headaches never went away and slowly, over the course of three weeks, Sarah developed small facial twitches.

“The night of May 23, I went to my dad because my neck had started twitching every 15 seconds,” Sarah said.

Green said Sarah would start a word and it was as if her brain would reset. “It wasn’t like she was trying to get a word out — it would just start over.”

After Sarah’s symptoms worsened, her parents took her to Johnston Health in Smithfield, North Carolina. Upon arrival the physicians noticed Sarah had constant tremors. Green said the doctor looked down and noticed Sarah’s right foot also had a tremor, but they didn’t have a pediatric neurologist, so she was transferred to WakeMed in Raleigh once she stabilized.

Sarah’s EEG, MRI with and without contrast and CT scans were normal. After two days the doctor came in and said Sarah had a nervous twitch and needed to see a mental health professional.

During the MRI with contrast, Sarah’s mother said she stopped breathing and had to be pulled out of the machine and intubated. Two hours later the doctor came in and said they were going to send Sarah home.

“They weren’t even going to refer her to a neurologist,” Green said. “They said it was just a nervous tick and she needed to see a therapist.”

Green said the vaccine was not the first thing she thought of when her daughter’s symptoms initially started, but the hospital had her fill out a form of things that might have changed and “when it came down to it, the only thing that changed was the vaccine.”

When Green asked the doctor if the vaccine could have caused her daughter’s condition, he got very defensive and said, “We can’t blame everything on the vaccine.”

Green said the physician’s response was frustrating. “How can you say you don’t know what it is but say the vaccine isn’t the cause?” she asked.

Green said, “As soon as we said it was the vaccine, it was like they couldn’t get us out of there fast enough.”

When Sarah finally got into a neurologist on June 6, Green asked if Sarah’s condition was vaccine-related.
