Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.

Hospital Struggles To Treat 18 Waukesha Parade Victims Because Of Vaccine Mandate
A high-ranking official said the hospital currently has hundreds of open positions and attributes much of the staffing shortage to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
The largest children’s hospital in Wisconsin has been struggling to care for patients in injured in the Waukesha Christmas parade attack on Nov. 21 in large part because of staffing shortages stemming from its COVID-19 vaccine mandate, multiple sources say.
Eighteen children were brought to the Children’s Wisconsin Milwaukee Hospital with injuries suffered when a driver plowed into parade-goers that Sunday afternoon. Several remain in critical or serious condition, and an eight-year-old boy died of his injuries Tuesday. As of Monday morning, the hospital was still treating seven victims.
Six people were killed when a suspect identified as Darrell E. Brooks, Jr. allegedly plowed into parade-goers approximately a week ago. He has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide and faces a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted.
Sources at Children’s Wisconsin indicate that when victims first started to be transported to the hospital, it did not have enough nurses or support staff to adequately handle the sudden rush.
“It was a nightmare,” said one nurse, who spoke on condition of anonymity because she is not authorized to speak on the record. “We just don’t have enough people and [supervisors] were frantically calling in everyone they could, but it wasn’t enough. We are taking care of everyone the best we can, but it’s hard.”
A high-ranking official at Children’s, who also spoke on condition of anonymity, said the hospital currently has hundreds of open positions and attributes much of the staffing shortage to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The Children’s Wisconsin website lists 239 open positions at its Milwaukee hospital and more than 450 across all of its campuses.
Earlier this fall, Children’s set a Nov. 15 deadline for all staff members to be vaccinated against COVID and boasted of 90 percent compliance. Children’s Wisconsin spokesman Andrew Brodzeller said in late October that any employee who was not fully vaccinated by Nov. 15 would be fired the following day.
“While we don’t want to lose a single team member, we recognize some small number may make the decision to not get vaccinated,” he explained.
Children’s Wisconsin has not released the number of employees who were fired as a result of non-compliance and has not yet responded to a request for comment on this story.
The hospital system’s religious exemption requests were due Sept. 15, and The MacIver Institute reported that more than 70 percent of them were denied. On Oct. 14, Children’s was forced to close its Delafield clinic until the end of the year because of severe...
Suspicious: Ghislaine Maxwell trial Judge Alison Nathan to be recommended to higher court by Chuck Schumer

The judge in Ghislaine Maxwell’s trial may be moving up to a federal appeals court, adding yet more uncertainty to the high-profile case.
US District Judge Alison J. Nathan will be recommended for an appointment to the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Sen. Chuck Schumer announced Tuesday.
It’s not clear how the new role would affect the trial of Maxwell, the longtime friend and alleged madam of Jeffrey Epstein, who is accused of helping him groom and procure girls for him to sexually abuse.
“Ali Nathan is an outstanding judge for the Southern District of New York and her experience, legal brilliance, love of the rule of law and perspective would be invaluable in ensuring the federal judiciary fulfills its obligation to ensure equal justice for all,” Schumer (D-NY) said in a statement.
In 2011, Schumer had recommended Nathan for her current job in New York City, as a judge in the Southern District of New York.

“I am confident Alison Nathan, a deeply respected legal leader, would follow the facts and administer justice without fear or favor and will greatly help restore integrity and professionalism to the federal court,” Schumer said.President Joe Biden is likely to back up the recommendation of the Senate Democratic leader, and then Nathan would have to be OK’d for the appeals court by the Senate. That process could overlap with the Maxwell trial, as jury selection got underway this week.
But that doesn’t mean Nathan will have to replaced in the trial.
A spokesman for the district court wouldn’t confirm Nathan’s consideration for the role, but told the New York Times, but said he believed Nathan would “continue to do her day job and preside over the trial to its conclusion.”
The move from one court to a higher court is routine, the Times noted.

Seth Rogen and Sarah Silverman Star In Vulgar Christmas Show That Disparages Santa Claus For Being A White Male
Subversive leftist Hollywood actors Seth Rogen and Sarah Silverman are starring in a vulgar animated series for HBO Max called Santa Inc. that disparages Santa Claus for being a white male. Based on its trailer, the 8-episode series paints a cynical and decidedly negative picture of the Christmas holiday, making it clear that Hollywood propagandists are hellbent on inculcating anti-whiteness and making money doing so.
“I finally get to live every Jewish boys dream of being fucking Santa Claus! Santa Inc is coming soon!!,” Seth Rogen stated on Twitter. In the series, according to the trailer, Rogen plays Santa Claus, who is portrayed as an out-of-touch sleazy man, and Silverman plays a woman who appears to be trying to replace Santa Claus. The “Red Band” trailer for the show is truly sickening, but it’s instructive to see the lengths to which Hollywood will go to desecrate Christmas and spoil yuletide cheer.
“Good news, sir, more American kids believe in you than they do in vaccines or the Holocaust,” Silverman’s character says to Santa in the trailer, prompting Santa Claus, as voiced by Rogen, to reply that it’s “disheartening for America” to hear that. Another character explains that the “Santa Claus” role has been played by various different figures but “the position of Santa has mostly been a white man’s game.” Yet another character explains that “Santa and the board are all male and all white.” The anti-whiteness of the trailer is brazen. Sarah Silverman recently proposed the idea of a national divorce between conservatives and liberals. After watching the hateful trailer for Santa Inc., many conservatives might support such a divorce — so long as Silverman and Rogen are kept far away from them.
