New York Sues 10 Gun Companies Over Alleged ‘Ghost Gun’ Parts Distribution

New York filed suit against ten national gun distributors Wednesday, alleging they illegally sold so-called “ghost gun” frames and receivers to the public.

The lawsuit, filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James, alleges that the defendants sold the “unfinished” frames and receivers without a background check or traceable record of sale. The defendants allegedly violated federal law of selling firearms without a serial number in order for law enforcement to trace them during a crime scene.

The 10 distributors include Blackhawk Manufacturing Group, Salvos Technologies, Brownells Inc and Indie Guns LLC, according to the suit.

“In Defendants’ own words, the products they sell are ‘ridiculously easy’ to convert into fully operable and completely untraceable firearms. Nonetheless, despite their illegality, Defendants continue to sell these products into New York State,” the lawsuit said. “Defendants persist in endangering the health and safety of the public by delivering to private individuals everything they need to make a deadly firearm at home.”

Consumers can use these products to assemble a firearm within 30 minutes and sell it for up to $2,000, the suit said. The suit said these parts fall out of the federal definition of a firearm and are therefore able to sell them without following laws and regulations surrounding the purchase and sale of guns.

The frame refers to the core part of a pistol or handgun and the receiver is the core of a rifle, shotgun or other long gun, according to the suit.

The suit alleged that one of the defendants, Brownells, sold “ghost guns” to an individual with a criminal background and used one of the firearms in a triple shooting that killed one and injured two others in the Bronx. The individual also received shipments from Glockstore and Primary Arms, according to ABC News.

“Defendants’ illegal market and business practices permitted the killer to acquire a...

Entire U.S. supply of diesel engine oil may be wiped out in 8 weeks… no more oil until 2023 due to “Force Majeure” additive chemical shortages

As if we all needed something else to add to our worries, a potentially catastrophic situation is emerging that threatens to wipe out the entire supply of diesel engine oil across the United States, leaving the country with no diesel engine oil until 2023.

This isn’t merely a rumor: We’ve confirmed this is happening.

According to information you’ll see here (and explained in more detail in today’s podcast, below), chemical manufacturers of diesel engine oil additives have declared force majeure and have ceased supply operations to the diesel engine oil manufacturers. Those manufacturers combine base oils with “additive packages” to create diesel engine oil. You can see a full list of these additives at InfoMak.com:

Antioxidants, anti-corrosion agents, dispersing additives, antirust mechanisms, friction modifiers, EP additives, antifoaming agents, antioxidants, etc.

Without these additives, diesel engine oil manufacturers cannot produce the final oil products that lubricate diesel engines. Because key manufacturers of these additives have ceased operations, diesel engine oil can apparently no longer be produced in the USA, at least not until these necessary chemicals are restored to full supply. This is explained by an industry expert in the following 2-minute video:

The current supply of diesel engine oil is expected to be wiped out within 4 – 8 weeks

As stated in the video above, the current supply of diesel engine oil will likely be gone in 4-8 weeks. After that, unless a solution is quickly found, there will be no diesel engine oil available until some time in 2023.

So from late August through 2023, barring some new chemical intervention, there will be no diesel engine oil available in the United States.

“I want it to sink what I’m trying to tell you. I’m trying to tell you there’s going to be no diesel engine oil for an entire year at all,” says the man in the video. “Get some oil, whatever it takes. If you want to continue to operate, you need a least a year’s worth of oil sitting in the garage or in the shop.”

But is he correct? We did some digging to find out…
The warning checks out: Other engine oil suppliers are already warning about the inventory wipeout

We don’t yet know the identity of the man in the video above, and we don’t automatically believe what he is saying. So we’ve independently checked with other diesel engine oil suppliers to find out if...

'Mystery rocket' that crashed into the Moon baffles NASA scientists So far, no space exploring nations have claimed responsibility for the rocket.

A mysterious rocket crashed into the moon on March 4, leaving behind a 'double crater,' NASA reported. NASA/Goddard/Arizona State University

NASA has discovered the crash site of a "mystery rocket body" that collided with the Moon's surface earlier this year. The impact left behind a widespread "double crater," meaning it wasn't the average rocket.

However, since its crash landing, none of Earth's space-exploring nations have claimed responsibility for the mysterious projectile, leaving NASA scientists baffled as to who was behind its launch. New images shared on June 24 by NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter show the unusual impact site.
"Surprisingly the crater is actually two craters, an eastern crater (18-meter diameter, about 19.5 yards) superimposed on a western crater (16-meter diameter, about 17.5 yards," NASA reported. "The double crater was unexpected...No other rocket body impacts on the Moon created double craters."
Astronomers anticipated the crash after spotting the unidentified rocket on a collision course with the Moon late last year. It finally hit on March 4 near the Hertzsprung crater, a "complex" impact crater on the far side of...

Who is Rachel Powell and Why Is She Only on House Arrest After January 6 Violence?

Dozens of people who participated in the January 6 protests are still being held in solitary confinement pending their trials. According to the reports, the circumstances are appalling. The majority of these individuals are being charged with no more serious offenses than simple trespassing.

However, those caught on camera vandalizing the Capitol have either not been prosecuted or have been released from custody already. Rachel Powell, a person of mysterious background, is one such person. A woman from Pennsylvania who was spotted on January 6 has a mysterious backstory to go along with her appearance.

Powell turned herself in to the FBI in February of 2020 after learning that an arrest warrant had been issued for her by the agency. Powell was charged with felony theft of government property, unlawful entry into a restricted building, unlawful entry into a restricted building while armed, violent entry, and obstruction of justice.

But is Rachel Powell still among those stuck in prison? No, she is not. There are more mysterious twists to the Rachel Powell story. First, Powell came to the Capitol with a large ice axe. Obviously, she had premeditated vandalism on her mind.

Powell used this ice axe to smash out windows. However, when one of the windows didn’t completely bust out, there was a battering ram handy and ready. Are we seriously supposed to believe that a “battering ram” just happened to be an arm’s length away?

And furthermore, how did Powell know which door was most easily breached? Powell is also videoed supplying protesters with directions on where to go. Rachel Powell was cool and collected throughout the whole ordeal.

She acted as if she was a Capitol Hill tour guide. Should everyone just blindly believe that Rachel Powell had all the right tools handy to smash through a glass door, plus insider information on how to navigate around inside the Capitol?

Anyone who believes this is probably a prime candidate for some land deals on property south of Alligator Alley in Florida. During her helpful little tour of the Capitol, Powell told people what types of doors and entry access they would encounter as they ventured through the Capitol.

Again, how in the world did Rachel Powell know all these intricate details? We got a hunch. Ms. Powell had been there before. Ms. Powell had purposefully studied the entries and accesses throughout the Capitol to help trigger chaotic mayhem.

But that might make most people believe that Rachel Powell was just another member of the violent few on January 6. She should be sitting in jail awaiting trial or sitting in a prison cell serving out a hefty sentence.

However, she’s not. Rachel Powell is not in jail. Conveniently, she’s under house arrest, living comfortably in her Pennsylvania home. Now, some more information is critical. Rachel Powell did not support President Trump in 2016. It’s doubtful she voted for him in 2020 either.

Nonetheless, we’re supposed to blindly believe this woman felt compelled to be at the heart of a protest movement in support of President Trump? What about the idea that Powell gave an interview during the time she...
