Donald Trump Must Be The 2024 Republican Nominee

I’ve written twice that Donald Trump should not be the next Republican nominee for President (here and here). I intended to write a counterpoint essay extolling Donald Trump as a devil’s advocate’s exercise. But with Inspector Javert Wray signing off on the raid at Trump’s Florida residence, no doubt enthusiastically approved by Grand Inquisitor Torquemada Garland, this has lost its academic flavor. Rather, I rise to praise Donald Trump as the necessary candidate for the Republican Party to oppose whatever infernal chimera Acheron will deliver up as The Donald’s hapless opponent.

In case you’re wondering, I’m mad as hell, and I’m not going to take it anymore. It’s time to bury the “Democrat” Party. And Donald Trump is the right undertaker. Let’s start with the justification (i.e., excuse) for the raid.

Supposedly, President Trump improperly took with him various documents that were classified or subject to the Federal Records Act. This would make him guilty of violating 18 U.S.C. § 2071. This would then make him ineligible to run in 2024. But that’s a pipe dream. 18 U.S.C. § 2071 does not apply to the Presidency. The paper I just cited was written to answer Republican vapors about disqualifying Hillary Clinton in the email scandal. But we’re not done.

President Trump, as the ultimate classification authority, has the unquestionable authority to declassify anything he wants to declassify. If he says it’s no longer a secret, nobody can question it. And, as the President, he doesn’t have to file any papers with anyone to do it.

The supposedly confidential papers stolen from Trump’s safe are not subject to the Federal Records Act because they are copies of papers that exist in other places. And by definition, if the President removes them from the White House to another place, they are no longer classified. His action, taken before the new occupant was sworn in, was completely lawful. The act of removing them from a SCIF (Secure Compartmented Information Facility, e.g. the White House) by the only person lawfully empowered to do so, is not subject to prosecution. But the insane Left will use it as a way to declare him unfit.

We’ve already seen this movie, so let’s consider the facts. Maggie Haberman is claiming that Trump tore up and flushed notes down a toilet. She even has a photo in her upcoming book. The fact that every hit job like that has been proven false indicates how seriously (Not!) we should consider her allegations. But the more important issue is that even if that photo was somehow taken in the White House, we have no evidence that it’s not PhotoShopped or a document subject to the Federal Records Act. The White House has multiple shredders, so disposing of scratched notes would be via shredder, not the toilet. So Haberman is asking us to believe three impossible things before breakfast.

Ultimately, we must consider why the Left is so obsessed with Donald Trump. It’s certainly not because he violated any laws. Just for comparison, while a small sliver of the Right still actively pushes for Hillary Clinton to be prosecuted, here we’re seeing the entire Democrat party in full cry. These Baskervilles have only a single target, without whom they have nothing to distract a tortured public from the destruction they are wreaking. And that distraction is the only hope they have of winning this fall’s election. If they can stir enough fear,...

You are 25X more likely to be injured and 20X more likely to die if you get the COVID shot

When you combine this result with negative vaccine efficacy, the COVID shots are completely nonsensical. Nobody should take them. We couldn't find a single supportive anecdote!

Executive summary

I recently learned about conservative radio show host Wayne Root’s stunning anecdotal evidence about the 200 people who attended his wedding. He tracked what happened just 8 months after the wedding: 26 were injured and 7 died in the vaccinated group but nothing happened to people in the unvaccinated group, even though Wayne estimated that most of the guests were unvaccinated.

I loved the setup: it’s an almost “as good as it gets real-life randomized trial.”

A single anecdote isn’t compelling. What is compelling is that others are observing the same huge event rates. Wayne is hardly an outlier. And the fact we can’t seem to find any stories equally extreme on the opposite side has got to be very troubling for those supporting the “safe and effective” narrative.

This is the type of post-marketing research the CDC should be doing: they should follow matched (or randomly selected) groups of vaxxed and unvaxxed people over time to document injuries and deaths just like Wayne did. If Wayne can do this, why can’t the CDC? The signal is huge.

Since none of Wayne’s friends died pre-vaccine (Wayne is 61), this suggests that hypotheses such as this one are consistent with what Wayne observed:

In the year after you are vaccinated with the COVID “vaccines”

  • you are 25X more likely to be injured and 20X more likely to die
  • expect at least a 7% rate of serious injury and a 2% chance of death would be consistent with Wayne’s observations.

I validated that Wayne’s numbers weren’t just a fluke with surveys of my reader base. Over 600 readers responded and the numbers were very similar: 21 injuries and 5 deaths per 100 vaccinated, which is very close to the numbers reported by Wayne (assuming he had an even mix of vaxxed/unvaxxed guests).

An article on The Expose just claimed that 1 in every 246 Vaccinated People has died within 60 days of Covid-19 Vaccination in England according to the UK Government which is a factor of 5 lower than my hypothesis, but that’s just limited to the first 60 days after a single dose.

And then I went even further looking for anecdotal evidence that Wayne was wrong. I asked my 50,000 followers on Gab for opposite anecdotes. None of the 372 people had an anecdote supporting use of the vaccine. Stunning.

Just comparing the number of anecdotes on each side of the narrative makes it very clear that the vaccines are making things worse.

When you combine this with the evidence of negative vaccine efficacy (VE), such as this article on San Diego by my good friend Mathew Crawford, we are left with the inevitable conclusion that there isn’t any benefit at all in any dimension to support the...

10 Ways To Avoid Getting Audited By One Of The 87,000 New IRS Agents

An audit by the IRS is no joke. If you're Nicolas Cage it could even mean you have to pay back taxes. Ouch! And now that Biden has plans to expand the IRS it's only a matter of time before they come for you.

Follow these pro tips to avoid being audited:
  1. Become an IRS agent: We hear they have job openings.
  2. Pay 100% of your income in taxes just to be safe: Or be a hobo.
  3. Be Hunter Biden: Similar to the hobo option, but you have a rich dad who always lies to you.
  4. Earn an annual salary of at least $400,000: Those people never get audited!
  5. Open 70 different checking accounts with a maximum limit of $599: Don't forget to use different names or they'll figure it out.
  6. If the IRS says they're going to audit you, just say 'no thanks': You'll be surprised how often this works.
  7. Avoid adopting a child: That's a guaranteed audit. The IRS hates children.
  8. Incorporate yourself as a small business in China: Untouchable.

The Mar-a-Lago Raid is a Preview of a Rigged 2024 Election

The Democrats will prosecute their way to victory.

On Thursday, FBI Director Christopher Wray cut short his testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee to fly the FBI's private jet to his family's vacation home. At the hearing, Wray had admitted that disciplinary action against FBI personnel involved in Russiagate abuses had been "slowed down" and refused to call Russiagate a “hoax”.

On Monday, President Trump revealed that Mar-a-Lago had been raided by "a large group of FBI agents". Any warrant for such a raid would have been signed off on by Attorney General Merrick Garland and his associates in the Biden administration which expects to face the former president in the next election. Wray, who quietly listened to complaints about the politicization of the FBI from Senator Grassley and Cruz, among others, would have known what was coming.

The New York Times reported that, "according to two people familiar with the investigation, appeared to be focused on material that Mr. Trump had brought with him to Mar-a-Lago, his private club and residence, after he left the White House."

Back in May, the paper revealed that a federal grand jury investigation had been convened over boxes of “government documents, mementos, gifts and letters” taken to Mar-a-Lago. There was no federal investigation when the Clintons left the White House with $190,000 worth of “china, flatware, rugs, televisions, sofas and other gifts”. The FBI didn’t come knocking at Chappaqua.

This isn’t about the documents. Just as Russiagate was not about the Russians. It’s not about the 15 boxes of documents, letters and assorted presidential records and gifts that were hurriedly packed up and sent off to Mar-a-Lago, most of which were later returned when the National Archives requested them, this is about the 2024 presidential election.

The assorted Trump investigations were not motivated by concerns about national security, political norms and they’re certainly not driven by sudden worries about mishandling classified documents. And yet the same media which spent years explaining why mishandling classified documents was no big deal when the Clintons did it will explain why it’s a big deal now.

While the FBI handed out immunity agreements to Hillary Clinton staffers who mishandled classified documents and erased their devices, expect any Trump staffers to be hit with the highest possible charges and penalties, and for any information seized from them to be used to develop cases against Trump and other administration figures. That’s what this is really about.

The Mar-a-Lago raid is a more aggressive version of the same Russiagate tactics which were aimed at busting and flipping Trump associates, while gathering any materials that can be spun off into related or entirely unrelated investigations. The FBI raid will not result in charges against Trump, but will probably be used to hit staffers and aides with security violations. This has the dual purpose of keeping them from serving in any future administration and putting them through the wringer, running up massive legal bills and getting them to testify against Trump.

And it’s only happening because the Democrats expect to run against Trump in 2024.

There’s no coincidence that Trump investigations have once again ramped up, after quieting down, as the former president began sending signals that he intends to run again. If Trump had announced that he was formally retiring, there would be no FBI agents at Mar-a-Lago. Instead they would be headed to the homes of any of the potential conservative frontrunners who would suddenly be facing subpoenas, entrapment and wiretapping run out of D.C.

Biden’s abysmal polling makes it impossible for him to win by any means short of this. And the Democrats have no popular candidates waiting in the wings. Anyone else they run, from Kamala to Buttigieg to Bernie to Newsom to Hillary stands no chance of winning over...
