Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.

How teachers unions reward bad teachers and punish good teachers.
Only one out of every 1000 teachers are fired for performance related reasons compared to one out of 97 lawyers and one out of every 57 doctors. This is because of anti-learning, anti-student contracts made by teachers unions. This criminal gang doesn't care if a teacher cannot teach or even is the teacher is a child molester as long as the teacher is on the unions side and is available to extort union dues from in order to pay off their political cronies thus funding and perpetuating the criminal activity.
In Sacramento, the teacher of the year, Michelle Apperson had to be laid off of due to Union tenure and seniority rules. Imagine if a private company laid off their best salesperson? The company would deserve to go out of business and so do teachers unions. In New York City, over 700 teachers were being paid to do nothing. Many of these teachers are sexual molesters, pedophiles, malcontents and miscreants; however, they cannot be fired due to union contracts, so your taxes continue to pay for them to do nothing which is actually an improvement over having these loyal union members in the classroom. 66 year old millionaire Pedophile Alan Rosenfeld sits in a New York City "rubber room" today collecting a six figure salary plus benefits because the school system cannot fire him, union rules stipulate that there is no mandatory retirement age and the school system cannot allow this pedophile into the classroom to molest and harass young girls. Why do teachers unions protect and reward pedophile teachers? Loyalty to the cause: perpetuating the corrupt unions.
What is happening in our schools today is a NATIONAL EMERGENCY! Involuntary teachers unions dues go to pay off politicians that then vote for pro-union, anti-student legislation. We need to begin to diminish the power of these anti-learning unions by recognizing that federal and state government unions are unnecessary and counter-productive to good government and good schools.
The excellent, motivated teachers receive nothing from their hard work and dedication. Shouldn't we compensate and reward those teachers that inspire and motivate our children? We WANT these teachers to stay in the system and create a legacy of students that are inspired and stimulated. These teachers have the potential to fundamentally change the lives of students in the most fundamental and meaningful ways yet the current system only punishes them and treats them the same or worse than moribund clock watchers.
What can you do? Become informed and vote for politicians that are not paid off by the teachers unions.
Here are three great documentaries to watch:

Depictions of Muhammad
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The permissibility of depictions of Muhammad, the founder of Islam, has long been a concern in the history of Islam. Oral and written descriptions are readily accepted by all traditions of Islam, but there is disagreement about visual depictions.[1][2] The Quran does not explicitly forbid images of Muhammad, but there are a few hadith (supplemental teachings) which have explicitly prohibited Muslims from creating visual depictions of figures.
Most Sunni Muslims believe that visual depictions of all the prophets of Islam should be prohibited[3] and are particularly averse to visual representations of Muhammad.[4] The key concern is that the use of images can encourage idolatry.[5] In Shia Islam, however, images of Muhammad are quite common nowadays, even though Shia scholars historically were against such depictions.[4][6] Still, many Muslims who take a stricter view of the supplemental traditions will sometimes challenge any depiction of Muhammad, including those created and published by non-Muslims.[7]The permissibility of depictions of Muhammad, the founder of Islam, has long been a concern in the history of Islam. The question of whether images in Islamic art, including those depicting the Prophet, can be considered as religious art remains a matter of contention among scholars.[8] They appear in illustrated books that are normally works of history or poetry, including those with religious subjects; the Qu'ran is never illustrated: "context and intent are essential to understanding Islamic pictorial art. The Muslim artists creating images of Muhammad, and the public who beheld them, understood that the images were not objects of worship. Nor were the objects so decorated used as part of religious worship".[9] However, scholars concede that such images have "a spiritual element", and were also sometimes used in informal religious devotions celebrating the day of the Mi'raj.[10] Many visual depictions only show Muhammad with his face veiled, or symbolically represent him as a flame; other images, notably from before about 1500, show his face.[11][12][13] However, depictions of Muhammad were rare, never numerous in any community or era throughout Islamic history,[14][15] appearing almost entirely in the private medium of Persian and other miniature book illustration.[16][17] The key medium of public religious art in Islam was and is calligraphy.[15][16]

CBS News deliberately lies in its headline about Romney's comment on Teachers Unions Contributions.
On cbsnews.com in an article written by Matthew Shelley, the headline read "Romney: Limit teacher contributions to politicians" when in the Interview with NBC's Brian Williams, Romney is clearly talking about teacher's unions. Romney Stated: "I think we have to get the money out of the teachers unions going into campaigns." The headline clearly falsely and intentionally mischaracterizes Romney's comments to fuel media supported false stereotypes and to provide a narrative for unsophisticated readers with no intellectual curiosity to read beyond a headline.
Furthermore, as I parsed through Mr. Shelleys articles, it was stunning to see how the Media propogandists use selected unflattering photos of Republicans in general and Romney in particular to create a narrative that matches their own negative stereotypes of non-leftists.
Dishonesty in the mainstream media. No one should be surprised by this, but we should always be disappointed.

Why Freedom of Speech in the USA will be determined by the status of a French Cartoon.
First
of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the French
satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo. Their
decision to publish the Islamic Prophet Mohammed was a profile in
courage, an act of bravery
and integrity.
So,
why is it so important that it was published and should be allowed to
be published in the USA and the world? In the US, we have freedom of
speech, even if that speech offends or is even considered hate
speech. While we cannot yell "fire!" in a movie theater,
anything short of this is legal and free. If an intolerant group are
allowed to determine what we say by simply becoming violent then we
have no free speech. The intolerent group can then effectively
legislate what we are allowed to say, for instance: If I said, "I
think that the practice of forced female circumcism is a violation of
human rights" and a particular group stormed a US embassy in
say, an Islamic country, because they believed that this showed
hatred towards their religion and expressing that belief then became
illegal, groups
everywhere would learn that all they had to do to suppress free
speech would be to become violent.
One of the founders of our great nation, George Washington once said: "If
the freedom of speech is taken away then dumb and silent we may be
led, like sheep to the slaughter."
And here is my quote: "When
you allow others to determine the definition of evil; hear no evil,
speak no evil, have no freedom of speech".
Elements
of the islamic world are calling for the banning of this cartoon and
the unfinished poorly done video "The innocence of Muslims",
however we may or may not dislike them, we must protect them as if
our lives depended upon it.
I
call on free newspapers throughout the world to print images of the
so called "Prophet" every day until we have 1 day without
Muslim violence.

AARP throws senior citizens to the wolves in the name of profits.
AARP makes only about 20% of its
revenue from membership dues, while it makes 34% of its profits from
its healthcare insurance business. AARP's percentage of healthcare
insurance profits is about to increase dramatically under Obamacare
due to it's lobbying against its own memberships interests.
The AARP has carved out some nice
loopholes for itself in order to increase profits from seniors. By
suppressing reforms that would have lowered seniors premiums by
$415.00 per year, AARP gets to increase its profits. AARP also
lobbied to keep its own administrative costs exempt from new rules to
lower them. This increases profits to AARP and increases costs to
seniors.
Because the majority of AARP's revenue
depends on insurance profits from senior citizens, it cannot function
as an advocacy group for senior citizens. This conflict of interest
does not serve senior citizens, AARP lobbies in the name of senior
citizens against the interests of senior citizens. AARP stands to
make billions of dollars in profits on the backs of senior citizens.
What Can You Do?
Switch any insurance you may have away
from AARP. Do not renew your membership with AARP. There are many
other senior advocacy groups that are actual advocates for seniors,
find one that suits your needs. The fastest growing senior advocacy
group is American Seniors Association at:

A Sinister Pact
In mid
December 2011 while Americans were innocently shopping for Christmas
presents, the Obama Administration was signing a sinister pact. This
pact will eventually lead to the criminalization of any criticism of
Islam. The sinister pact that the Obama administration signed is
called UN Resolution 16/18. The evil document is archived here:
http://www.article19.org/data/files/medialibrary/2845/11-11-14-un---att1.pdf
The Evil pact has been pushed by the OIC (Organisation of Islamic Cooperation). One of the key provisions is: the criminalization of religious incitement to imminent violence. So essentially if you, an American says something and Muslims decide to get violent over it, you are now a criminal and should be prosecuted. So hypothetically, if I produced a film and stated that I thought it was wrong for Mohammed to marry a 5 year old girl, and this incited Muslims to violence, the feds could come to my house and perp walk me into an interrogation room? This is completely implausible. (tongue in cheek).

The
Egyptian Prime Minister has already called for the arrest of the
Filmmaker of "Innocence of Muslims" based on "International
Charters" which clearly refers to the sinister pact UN
Resolution 16/18. The Secretary General of the Organization of
Islamic Cooperation, Prof. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu called the film "a
deplorable act of incitement" clearly referring the UN
Resolution section (f) "Adopting measures to criminalize
incitement to imminent violence based on religion or belief".
The
UN Resolution 16/18 is in direct conflict with the US Constitution
Bill of Rights, 1st Amendment which prohibits abridging the freedom of speech.
We need
to repeal this sinister pact. Don't allow it to go unnoticed, spread
the word!

September 11, 1683
On September 11, 1683, Europe pushed back the Muslim Hordes, saving western civilization from Islamization. This was not the first time the Religion of Peace attempted to conquer Europe and it would not be the last.
Today these tyrannical forces of hate and intolerance are infiltrating every civilization on earth. Building their mosques and teaching hate to converts while professing their innocence. Our governments aid and assist them in their efforts and we are told to tolerate their intolerance.
Tolerating intolerance is not consistent with the common good, it is not consistent with individual liberty, individual life or the pursuit of happiness. Tolerating intolerance is intellectual cowardice.
