The Waiting Is The Hardest Part....

The waiting is the hardest part
Every day you get one more yard
You take it on faith, you take it to the heart
The waiting is the hardest part

Oh don't let it kill you baby, don't let it get to you
Don't let it kill you baby, don't let it get to you
I'll be your bleedin' heart, I'll be your cryin' fool
Don't let this go too far
Don't let it get to you

Democrats’ Massive Entitlement Plans Include Banning Christians From Government Childcare

Research shows programs that separate small children from their parents reduce children's learning and increase their aggression, risky behavior, and later likelihood of committing crimes.

Democrats’ current proposed $3.5 trillion welfare expansion would effectively ban faithful Christians from profiting from federal subsidies for separating infants and toddlers from their families.

The current text of Democrats’ massive “Build Back Better” entitlement bill contains provisions that would require religious child-care providers to disavow longstanding theology about sex in order to receive federal child-care funds under a massive new early childhood program.

“The Democrats went out of their way to make sure and prohibit religious care providers from receiving any of these funds, and unanimously rejected an amendment to allow all child-care providers to be eligible for grants, including religious providers,” said Rep. Jackie Walorski, R-Indiana, the ranking member on the House’s subcommittee on Worker and Family Support.

Democrats’ legislation would create a new federally controlled child-care entitlement available to the majority of families in the nation. The legislation authorizes up to $20 billion in the program’s first year, $30 billion in its second, $40 billion in its third, and an unlimited amount after that. The estimated cost of this program over the next ten years is $400 billion.

“Making faith-based providers of child-care and pre-kindergarten into recipients of federal financial assistance triggers federal compliance obligations and non-discrimination provisions,” note the leaders of several religious organizations in an opposition letter to Senate Democrats last week.

This means potentially forcing religious organizations to deny all theology that acknowledges basic truths about human biology and reproduction. Given the state of federal “nondiscrimination” law, this could include forcing religious organizations to allow males into female bathrooms, hire transgender babysitters, and teach small children that men can turn themselves into women and...

Texas Mother and Daughter Killed When Hit by Human Smuggler With Six Illegals in his SUV

Charges related to the deaths remain pending

A Texas mother and daughter, ages 59 and 22, were killed Saturday when a human smuggler ran a stop sign and slammed into their vehicle. Both women were pronounced dead at the scene.

Esteban Cantu Jr. is an 18-year-old U.S. citizen who was attempting to flee from the police while smuggling six illegal immigrants. The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) released a statement to Sara Carter stating DPS had “responded to assist the United States Border Patrol on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at approximately 11:51 a.m., after a vehicle failed to yield on Conway north of US 83 in Mission, Texas – Rio Grande Valley Sector.”

Cantu Jr. was driving a Ford Explorer SUV when he crashed into his victims. All six immigrants and Cantu were taken to local hospitals and treated for injuries. Cantu was arrested and charged with evading arrest with a motor vehicle and for human smuggling.

DPS says the mother and daughter who were killed are locals of the Mission, Texas area and their identities are pending release once next of kin has been notified. The six illegal immigrants are from El Salvador and Guatemala, and ages range from 15 yrs – 36 yrs.

Esteban Cantu Jr. will be formally arraigned on Monday for additional charges including his involvement with the deaths of both mother and daughter. The Mission Police Department is further investigating.

Fox News reports:

Last week, the Biden administration said it would reinstate Trump’s controversial migrant protection protocols (MPP), also known as the “Remain in Mexico” policy, which keeps migrants on the other side of the border while they await hearings.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas issued a memo to formally end the program in October, and DHS emphasized on Thursday that he “repeatedly stated that MPP has endemic flaws, imposed unjustifiable human costs, pulled resources and personnel away from...

I Finally Told My Crush Lorelei That I Was Unvaccinated....

When I think of Lorelei my head turns all around
As gentle as a butterfly she moves without a sound
I call her on the telephone, she says be there by eight
Tonight's the night she's moving in and I can hardly wait

The way she moves, ooh-ooh
I gotta say
Lorelei let's live together
Brighter than the stars forever
Lorelei let's live together
Brighter than the stars forever

Scientists urge Pluto be reinstated as planet

The current definition of a “planet” is rooted in folklore and astrology, and must be dropped due to not meeting the needs of modern astronomy, a new study states, opening the doors for the Pluto comeback.

Pluto was discovered in the ring of bodies beyond the orbit of Neptune, known as the Kuiper belt, back in 1930, being declared the ninth planet in the Solar System.

However, its status was questioned after several other objects of the same size were found in the Kuiper belt, with the International Astronomical Union (IAU) eventually downgrading Pluto to “dwarf planet” in 2006.

related:

It happened in line with the new definition of a “planet” adopted by the IAU, which stated that a celestial body has to orbit the Sun, have a nearly round shape and be gravitationally dominant, clearing its own orbit, to meet the criteria.

Pluto ended up being disqualified because its orbit intersects with that of Neptune and because it shares its orbital neighborhood with other objects in the Kuiper belt.

The rule demanding a planet to clear its own orbit “was really developed post facto to keep an orderly, small number of planets,” Philip Metzger, from the Florida Space Institute at the University of Central Florida (UCF), said.

And the very idea that there should be a limited number of planets has little to do with science, stemming from folklore and astrology, he pointed out.

In order to prove that point, Metzger and his team studied a massive bulk of planetary literature from the past 400 years, sharing the results of five years of their work in the Icarus astronomical magazine.

According to the paper, entitled ‘Moons are planets,’ the definition introduced by Galileo in the 1600s – that a planet only needed be a geologically active body in space – had been used by scientists throughout much of history and only eroded in the 20th century.

It happened between the 1910s and 1950s, when the decline in the number of papers on planetary science coincided with the rise of publications such as almanacs, Metzger told UCF Today.

“There were enough almanacs being sold in England and in the US that every household could get one copy every year.”

Those almanacs provided its readers with a whole range of information – from calendars of astronomical events to cooking recipes and fiction. But there was also a heavy emphasis on astrology, including astrological weather forecasts that can only be made if there was a limited number of planets.

“This was a key period in history, when the public accepted that the Earth orbits the Sun instead of the other way around, and they combined this great scientific insight with a definition of planets that came from astrology,” Metzger said.

And those views that moons and satellites shouldn’t be considered planets then made their way into scientific literature. But this definition doesn’t work anymore as astronomy relies on advanced technology that allows it to study space much more...

I get the same old dream same time every night
Fall to the ground then I wake up
So I get out of bed, put on my shoes and in my head
Thoughts are back to the break-up

Think of the fix you put me in

Since you been gone, since you been gone
I'm out of my head, can't take it
Could I be wrong but since you been gone

Leftist Fox Sunday Host Chris Wallace Quits Fox News … For CNN+ Streaming Service

Ahhh... The Gift Of Never Having To Accidentally See Chris Wallace Move His Mouth Again...

Longtime Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace is calling it quits. (Wait for cheers to subside.) Wallace made the announcement at the end of yesterday’s broadcast, calling his 18 years a “great ride.”

The anchor hinted he’s got something else in the works. “I want to try something new, to go beyond politics to all the things I’m interested in. I’m ready for a new adventure. And I hope you’ll check it out. And so — for the last time, dear friends — that’s it for today.”

Sunday afternoon, CNN announced Wallace will be hosting a daily show on the CNN+ streaming site that is scheduled to launch in 2022.

“I am thrilled to join CNN+,” Wallace said. “After decades in broadcast and cable news, I am excited to explore the world of streaming. I look forward to the new freedom and flexibility streaming affords in interviewing major figures across the news landscape — and finding new ways to tell stories.”

Nobody is shocked that Wallace went to CNN. He’s spent the past couple years during a fair impression of a biased CNN host.

Wallace raised the ire of Trump supporters when he actively assisted Joe Biden during a 2020 debate, including blocking discussion of Hunter Biden’s laptop and the evidence Joe lied about his Chinese business connections. Wallace further raised eyebrows when he called Biden’s inauguration address, “The best inauguration address I’ve ever heard.”

So who will replace Wallace? Il Donaldo Trump had a pretty good idea:

P.S. That’s Fox Nation host Lara Logan...

Enes Kanter Freedom Praises The First Amendment, Calls It The ‘Greatest Amendment Of All Time’

Enes Kanter Freedom loves the First Amendment.

The Boston Celtics center recently became an American citizen, and he absolutely loves this country and his ability to speak up.

“There are 27 Amendments and the First Amendment is the greatest Amendment of all time: freedom of speech,” Freedom said during a weekend appearance on Fox News when talking about speaking out against China and wearing shoes critical of the CCP.

He also added that some players around the league have reached out to offer the support of his pro-freedom stance. You can listen to his full comments below.

As I’ve said for a long time, Freedom’s anti-CCP stance will almost certainly cost him his NBA career. I’ll be shocked if he gets a new deal after his current one expires.

The NBA is simply too entangled with the dictatorship, and we all know the CCP doesn’t tolerate criticism.

Yet, Freedom doesn’t seem interested in backing down at all. In fact, he only seems more...
