If You Don't Already Understand, You Never Will You Dolt.
Most people don't understand the Second Amendment. They think it is about small arms(rifles & pistols),it is not only about that. The best i can figure from the time period is "Weapons of offence, or armour of defence." In the Revolutionary War most Arms (small arms,cannon, Ships and swords plus Rockets) were owned by the people. Taxing the owning of "military grade weapons" and outlawing the private ownership of "MGW" is un-Constitutional.
