No comments are necessary beyond this: The president of the United States has nullified a hundred years of black letter law, excusing himself based on a wildly liberal definition of "prosecutorial discretion".
I don't believe he has the constitutional authority to grant residency status to 20 million people based on nothing more than a couple of speeches, an unsigned memo and Luis Gutierrez acting as Mr. Interlocutor.
