Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.
Most people in America have no clue about the Bill of Rights, let anone understand a sigle clause. The operative clause in the 4th Amendment is "supported by oath or affirmation." If a cop witnesses you committing a crime, he don't need no stinking warrant to arrest or search you If a citizen swears out a complaint against you, that is enough for a search or an arrest.
That said, the cop or citizen are by their actions swearing or attesting under penalty of perjury. That clause was specifically included to prevent false charges. Our Founding Fathers were not stupid and they had a grasp of human nature.
