Government Was Always Meant To Be Constrained And Minimized... What Happened?
The fallacy of democracy which is not mentioned in the Constitution or Declaration of Independence allowed people to vote themselves gifts from the public treasury which led to huge growth of government. The sixteenth amendment gave the government a lien on everything in the United States and the seventeenth destroyed States Rights. The Republic's been dead for a while, it's just a still breathing brain dead corpse at this point.
