That video of the woman and the shapes is cruel and disturbing. Obviously she has some form of mental problem or maybe TBI. Watch as she is elated in overcoming her disability. Watch as she struggles to hold onto sanity as the tester messes with her. Probably she internalized the continued 'defeat' to question if she has the familiarity with reality she thought she had.
Obviously there was more going on but based on what is shown here, that guy is an asshole.
