I am old now. I don't know what to do with all of this ammo that I have. It doesn't sell even in yard sales. 40 years ago they weren't, but today everyone is scared of home-loads.
What is your price? A fellow near here sells his handloads at full retail. His ad doesn't say its handloads. I found that out by talking with him More so, he won't say if they're 1st or 2nd or 3rd reloads although he implies they *may* not be 1st reloads.
I think the answer is these days there are a lot of folks reloading but their skill level is questionable. Every week I see new ads from different folks selling their loading equipment. I think the recent ammo price hikes caused many to get into reloading, folks who should never gotten into it.
In the past, folks reloaded because they had an intrinsic motivation to learn all they could. I trust those guys
