Big Al's BBQ in Dallas Texas is one of the few places outside of the Carolina's that has great Carolina BBQ sauce.
Maybe NC BBQ sauce & a little of upstate SC but coastal SC is MUSTARD based not ketchup. The only reason anyone would put sauce on BBQ is to cover up bad cooking. But anyway it's fun to stir up trouble.
