Walker is not brain impaired like Fetterman or Biden. He speaks as a southern rural Georgia man. As a person living in Georgia from 2005 to the end of 2021, I have met many like him. Just because he speaks this way does not make him less intelligent then someone from a big city. He has gone to college, sees where the country is heading, and most of all has common sense.
