Rebecca is beyond white, she's so void of pigment she has become translucent.
This is the problem of today's colleges vs colleges when I went in the 70s. The costs were lower because there were less admin, less useless classes, and more classed that dealt with teaching you the basics and then your course of study. In my case I became an Electrical Engineer.
Colleges have become a racket to scam people out of money. They are giving useless degrees that will give no one a job yet high costs they owe.
I believe whiteness is one of the biggest problems facing our society today! There just aren't enough of them anymore!!!!!
