There are no doubt a lot of people virtue signaling by wearing a mask and I'm seeing more of this bullshit as winter sets in.
But the years of fear porn has also worked it's magic on many wearing masks now. They actually believe that a cloth or paper mask, usually ill fitted and many dirty with moisture are preventing microscopic Chinese flu particles from infecting them. It's not only disgusting but stupid.
