What is the point to having a law describing lying under oath as a felony is it's not going to be enforced on everyone, especially the people at the top level in .gov?
A cost plus profit based economy has been replaced by a benefit cost economy where you only benefit if you can afford it because the market has been rigged to make basic needs unaffordable.
