I wasn't aware that the Speaker of the House is authorized to issue "shoot-to-kill" orders. I never read that in the constitution as a perk of the job...
The Veritas video is so damning I have to wonder if there have been selective edits to create an image. Is there a source for the video clips? The last thing we need is to be taken in by a con job.
