The problem with suing the Jan 6th Committee is that even if the suit is successful, the offenders won't learn anything because the money comes from the tax payers. Such settlements should be the PERSONAL responsibility of the politicians involved. Perhaps then they'd actually do their job and consider their illegal actions beforehand.
I don't understand the men in the secret service, even Hitler's closest generals tried to take him out once they realized where Germany was heading.....

Adam Schiff paid off / settled a sexual harassment suit with a young man in 2012 with taxpayer money...
