That little girl in the first picture always rips my heart out. The doctor didn't simply do a double mastectomy on her, she butchered the little girl. Those suture lines look awful. The black simulated nipples are horrific.
Chances are the little girl will kill herself before she gets to be 25 - if the puberty blockers don't do it themselves. The drug they use, Lupron, was intended to treat prostate cancer. It kills more people than it should because the trades of good it can do vs the harm it can do are different for kids than old men.
