4 slices of pineapple (Bromelain source)
1/4 lb raw Turmeric (Curcumin source)
Raw Ginger (gingerol source)(Cox 2 inhibitors)(amount unspecified; looks like half a cup)
Cayenne Pepper (amount unspecified; looks like maybe 2 tablespoons)
12 ozes hot water infused with 2 teaspoons black pepper (piperine source)
Blend and strain; store in an air-tight container. Refrigerate. 6 tspns twice daily.
