Babies born on US soil and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens. But with the lack of law enforcement on this subject, does that make them NOT subject to the jurisdiction thereof, and so not citizens?

That last one was punishing, ouch!
The fourth video on the KC super bowl parade shooting. This person needs to wake up and learn who did the shooting and why before screaming about any group. He is wrong and needs to check the facts.
